New Reasonable price Matt and his crew did a wonderful job both remediating our water damage and rebuilding our two garages and office after our radiant heat failed. He also brought in an excellent HVAC technician to design and install a new hot water baseboard heating system to replace the old radiant heat (which has done the job quite well for us.) Matt is hands-on and he and his people performed on other issues for us as the project progressed. I highly recommend Cleanbright for whatever problem or disaster may unfortunately befall you and your family. Response time 1–2 hr

Reasonable price Matt and his team are great to work with. We needed a complete build out in our kitchen due to water damage. Floor, subfloor, walls, cabinets, electrical, plumbing and more. Our laundry room also needed flooring replacement and wall repair. Matt worked with us and our insurance so the repairs could be scheduled promptly. That's very important when you're in a stressful situation. Matt and everyone who came to our home is professional, courteous and very skilled at what they do. Attention to detail, pride in their work and respect for clients and their home is a hallmark of CleanBright and very much appreciated. Add-on cost was fair and reasonable, as we chose some upgrades not completely covered by insurance. Any questions and concerns were answered quickly and completely. Several unplanned obstacles occurred. Matt was able to resolve with his team and a network of talented technicians. Considering what brought us to CleanBright was a catastrophic event, we're very grateful to have been working with them. I recommend Matt and his team to anyone needing any restoration or rebuild.

Great price We had a very positive experience with CleanBright. When a leak occurred in our home it caused a great deal of damage. CleanBright responded to our call very quickly, and did a great job of thoroughly addressing the necessary cleanup. They moved promptly on to the reconstruction, working long hours and attending to every detail. Matt, the owner, was very “hands on”, responsive to all of our questions, and the entire crew was awesome. They were very respectful of our home, and cleaned all work areas before leaving each day. The room was beautifully done, and shows no signs it had ever been damaged. Very highly recommend!

Reasonable price Brightclean Surface Restoration (CSR) performed mold remediation on my attic and basement. Mold remediation requires an independent licensed third party who prepares a remediation plan and inspects the work after completion for compliance. The work was done in compliance with the inspectors report. Additional improvements were done with our compliance. The quality of the work was excellent. Great price We were selling the family home and the inspection indicated mold in the cellar/attic. We called Matt and he promptly answered(the only one who did..guess folks don't need to work?!). He came over , gave us an excellent estimate..we knew we had found the right man/company for the job! Matt and his team were awesome, 95° day, they never stopped. Full roof replacement and mild removal of my master bedroom. Textbook roof replacement and even over the top preventative measures for the future. We recently had some water in our basement with all the rain and our Sum Pump not being able to keep up with the water coming in. Matt and the rest of the crew were great! They were able to work within the budget Insurance allowed us to get and even went above and beyond to help dry out some of the nice things we thought we would lose from the water damage.
