Reasonable price My insurance company contracted Accurate Water & Fire Restoration to inspect and record the damages caused by a flood in my basement. Based on how thorough the inspection was, how courteous Joe, the partner who did the inspection was and how reasonable the estimate was, I contracted them to clean up and repair the damage. The finished product is superb; the team’s ability to create and stay on schedule is awesome. Their politeness, friendliness and concern for the animals in the house made the entire experience painless notwithstanding the initial shock of the flood. Just a few of the many details they completed included pumping out, drying, disinfecting my flooded basement, buying and installing a new sump pump, helping with the insurance claim, fixing a botched-up egress window installation (which was part of the cause for the flood), fixing gutter pipes that had been incorrectly installed, fixing and/or installing the insulation, dry walls, flooring, etc. and making sure that I was satisfied with their work every step of the way. With all that and more, the invoice still corresponded to the estimate; no surprise charges. Based on this experience I immediately asked for a new estimate and contracted the company to work on the main floor, fixing patches of ceiling/wall tape that were coming undone and painting the very high ceilinged main area and hallway. I had put off this project for a long time, concerned about how the mess and work would affect my cat and dog. The team completed the job with the same expertise and professionalism they displayed in the basement. Each night when they left the involved areas were clean and neat, which allowed me to keep the animals at home since there was nothing left out that could hurt them. When the team completed the job, the furniture was back, pictures were hung. The area looked better than new. They are the best, for sure. I called Joe at Accurate one morning and he answered the phone on a Saturday morning and after our conversation he said , by the way you caught me in the middle of my jogging session! Once again Mike Nadeau has saved our home from more damage. The response time was amazing. Our sump pump stopped working during a heavy rain . Our basement flooded. Fire dept. And my grandson pumped it out. Due to mold issues in the past , I called Mike Nadeau around 1:00 and they arrived around 3 with equipment to dry out our basement. I finially met the owner , he found an issue from another contractor I had do remodeling work done by . That had ruined a newer vapor barrier Accurate had put in before the remodel. It had to be replaced due to horrible plumbing work from the company that did the work(not Accurate) . I should have hired them in the first place. They fixed several things , put in new vapor barrier, new sump pump , reworked all the pipes for sump pump to outside and fixed the pipes from my kitchen sink that were installed so bad , that had been leaking the last 8 months.also fixed my shower that was piped wrong. At this point I can't tell ya how many times Mike Nadeau and his crews have been here, and everything they have done . have gone above and beyond. There's not enough money, gradutude, or words to show my appreciation to Accurate. They have helped amencly to bring the house from hell into a home that we can love. MIKE NADEAU YOU ARE MY ANGEL. Accurate has been the absolute best thing to happen during a horrible time. When our basement flooded, we called. Joe came with a crew in about 15 minutes and they took care of everything. Spending several weeks cleaning and drying our basement. Joe has been one of the best people I've worked with and has helped us so much. If I could I'd give 10 out of 5 stars!

We had pipe burst in our house that was leaking from the shower upstairs to the living room downstairs. Total mess with water everywhere. By the time we caught the leak was around 9 pm. We found Accurate Water and Fire number online. Called them and they were at the house at 10pm. They immediately got to work and found the problem. They put big fancy machines to dry and suck the water out of the hardwood floor for a week. Stopped by everyday to check on equipment and progress. During this time I was dealing my insurance for coverage so anytime I called the owner Joe he was available and super friendly to answer questions, jump on the call with insurance or deal with them directly. After water restoration we hired Joe again for rebuild of the hole in the ceiling. They did a fantastic job. Nobody can tell there was the hole there to fix the burst pipe. Overall fantastic company with amazing people. Hopefully nobody ever has to deal with burst pipe but if you do I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Accurate Water and Fire and ask for the owner Joe. I cannot say enough good things about Joe and his team. I am a single mom to two young kids, and had a major amount of water flooding my basement one evening. I was completely lost as to what to do. I made several calls, all to companies I assumed could help, but couldn't. I put the kids in bed and tried one more number I found on a Google search. Joe answered and said he could be to my house within the hour...and he was. He and his team stayed until midnight that night getting the water out. They were back the next day and started pulling up the carpet, and took the bottom of the walls out. Mold was found, so the plan changed, and they took out all of the walls and did the mold remediation for me. They show up when they say they will, and they do what they say they will do. They're reliable, dependable, easy to access for questions, and worked well with my insurance company. I would highly recommend them!
