As a local realtor i deal with many mold remediation companies every year and they were by far the most reasonably priced, professional and timely with their remediations. If you are in need of this type of service and don’t consider them you are making a huge mistake. Very satisfied with what they do and very flexible and easy to work with.

My experience with Restoration 1 was excellent from start to finish. Staff were professional, extremely clean and neat, polite and helpful, always on time, and worked efficiently. Scheduling was easy and timely. When they left there was no trace of their work left in the home (except in the attic, which was nicely remediated).

Great service, Daryl was super, added help above and beyond the call of duty. He and his assistants Stephen and Chris all did a great job, very helpful, knowledgeable, and thorough. Quick, on time, no delays. Daryl gave me a bit of extra restoral paint to use in reconstruction, and prepainted the plywood for me. Highly recommend.
