Look no further for one of the best, bar none, restoration companies in all of LI. Peter Peltonen and his crew were some of the most outstanding people I've had the pleasure to work with. Our basement was demolished from a massive flood from a rapid precipitation tropical storm. (We've since had our house better waterproofed.) Peter, the project manager, went above and beyond to accommodate a challenging schedule, multiple delays due to health issues with my wife, and exacting demands. He possessed an otherworldly amount of patience dealing with our situation, and was a consummate professional in every respect. (Greatly appreciated, in particular, his taking the time to address every question regarding insurance pricing and billing, and work with me on extras we added on). I wanted to single out mention to a couple of outstanding members on Peter's crew. Cliff and Jaavid were two of the nicest, most helpful people and went above and beyond to resolve any outstanding issues. Adrian was sharp as a tack with his spatial capabilities and measurements, and needs to strongly consider a new career being a mechanical engineer. If I had to offer only one bit of constructive criticism for the company to consider: the painter Dede, or Doodoo, or whatever his name was, as competent as he was, was cocky and sloppy. Instead of being respectful and polite like every other member of the team, he gave an attitude whenever questioned. A TV was left carelessly hanging, not properly reattached, after he painted a wall and left. Regardless of this minor concern: our basement looks like new, and I can't recommend this company enough to anyone looking to work with the best of the best. Many thanks again to Peter, Lee, and the entire team for a truly amazing job.

Reasonable price I recently had a pipe burst in my house while I was away and it destroyed my entire lower level. ATI came in and did a phenominal job. You could never tell I had an Olympic swimming pool in my base level. Everything is dry and smelling like nothing ever happend. Working with Vanessa and her team was also a breeze. I highly recommend Four Seasons Restoration. Tom has an encyclopedic understanding of building code and construction. He maintains the highest of standards, and the vendors and artisans he works with have been excellent across the board. Workers on site are exceedingly conscientious, and have always treated us and each other with courtesy. They have kept the work site as tidy as possible. And again, the work is excellent. We feel incredibly fortunate to have been introduced to Tom, and the Four Seasons family. The standards he maintains for communication and building work have made the restoration process as pleasant as it could possibly be.

I had an electrical house fire in January of 2024 and I was back in my house by the end of February 2024. All phases of restoration and construction were excellent and well done. Friendly and responsive office staff, project manager, daily workers, and owner. I would highly recommend this company.

I would positively never use them or recommend them to anyone . Since Feb I had flood n they installed everything new n came back 3-4 to fix what they did n couple months later had another flood due to there incompetency . Now I’m waiting 3-4 weeks for them to come n install new bathroom vanity bc new one they installed is staining all water spots on counter top . Horrible n not happy bc it’s now Nov . 👎

To start I give them a -10 stars not only for their horrible office staff who clearly don't understand the term Schedule but the fact that two of their employees enter our home through a common wall between condo units and we're in our home illegally and when provided with their IDs they're both from another country. Do yourself a favor shop around and trust me spend a little more on the next guy you'll thank me later.

I was directed to Four Seasons by USAA. They have been polite hence 3 stars but not always responsive. Huge lags in responses. I’m wondering if I should have gone with the other USAA-approved contractor in my area but hoping these guys turn things around. Will update as this saga unfolds.

Four Seasons Fire Restoration did massive cleanup of my one bedroom apartment after the apartment got completely covered with plaster dust caused by the repair of a water leak. Every book was dusted, every glass and piece of china cleaned, every cabinet opened and cleaned, all bric a brac dusted, wall surfaces cleaned, floors, windows, in the most professional way. It took two days to do. No breakage whatsoever. Excellent quality of staff. Professional in every way, kind, and respectful of my property. I rate them the highest possible rating. I was directed to 4 Seasons through my insurance co (USAA) after a tree fell on my house. There was a lot of work to be done--through Covid as well--but I honestly never stressed. A big shoutout to Paul here. He was both professional and friendly. He really tried to understand what I was going for and knew when he needed to (kindly + knowledgeably) talk me into or out of something I should or shouldn't do. I could also tell it was important to Paul and his crew that the job was done right, no corners cut. Overall, we had a great working relationship and mutual trust. I'm astounded these guys don't have multiple 5-star reviews already, but I'm glad to be the first one. We had the misfortune of our waste line backing up into the laundry room & flooding our basement. USAA commissioned water mitigation, and finally offered us 3 contracting companies to perform the repairs. I'd actually confused 4 seasons with another company but chose them out of the bunch...and good thing. The level of professionalism, communication, and honesty they have is unparalleled. We are impressed by their craftsmanship & appreciate the beautiful job they did making our basement whole. Thanks again to Lee, Peter, & the rest of the gang!
