For the second time in row, ServePro delivers the best results. Almost 10 years ago after an electrical fire badly damaged my house, ServPro arrived highly professional, trained, motivated, and prepared to do their finest work. They quickly removed all the damaged materials and cleaned every surface in the house to be spotless and free from smoke. Now, just recently, my sewer pipe clogged and flooded my basement. I called ServPro and again they delivered the best results. They are never disruptive. You rarely notice them. But they work hard, quickly and professionally. When they left, every crevice was sparkling clean, and all mold was remediated. Major thanks to Jeri for her excellent customer service and troubleshooting; and to Martin, Kevin and Johnny for leading the team on the ground.

My experience with Servpro of Ozone Park was disappointing and somewhat frustrating.  The company at Ozone Park was professional, courteous, and pleasant.  Jeri Rank, an employee at the local office, helped me work through the frustration.  She took care of the hiccups and was the go-between for Servpro and myself.  Jeri's professionalism and knowledge of Servpro makes me want to continue working with the company.  All of my concerns were addressed and any problems that came up were solved because Jeri communicated my frustrations when I could not.  I am especially grateful for Jeri as I am balancing working full time and home renovation due to water damage.

Jerri and her team did an outstanding job mitigating my water damage. From the time I called they immediately got the information to the building that was needed to begin work and worked with my insurance company to ensure the bills were sent appropriately and in the manner requested by my insurance company. The demo work and placement of drying fans was professionally done. They also helped me fight with the building to ensure they paid for the replacement work they were supposed to pay. I was very happy with the results.

My life was recently turned upside down when I suffered severe flood damage due to a negligent neighbor leaving their water running for a day. I turned to Servpro on the advice of my insurance adjustor. Their rep, Jeri (forgive if misspelled), immediately sent someone to inspect the damage and give me an estimate for the mitigation. Once I gave the word, Jeri dispatched a team of workers to begin the mitigation the next day. I was very comforted to see the care that each member of that team was taking to prepare the area by protecting furniture, floors and my belongings. They were extremely meticulous in every aspect of their work. While having to live through the nightmare of flood damage can be very stressful, there were several instances where Jeri gave me assurances that things would be resolved and was always a calming influence when I was stressing out. More importantly, she was true to her word every step of the way and followed through on everything. I was so pleased with Servpro's professionalism and attention to detail in the mitigation phase, that I hired their contractor to do the restoration as well. That phase is almost completed, and I am equally thrilled with that team. I highly recommend Jeri Rank and her team in New Hyde Park. They definitely made my experience much more tolerable. I highly recommend SERVPRO 10 times out of 10. Amazing service and great management! I had moved into a new house in which there were made construction projects that needed to happen. I had searched many other companies that would not even give me an estimate. SERVPRO not only gave me a fair estimate but sent a whole team of professionals that was able to clean and disinfect my basement. It looked as good as new! Our experience with ServPro of New Hyde Park/Mineola was amazing. A clogged waste trap under our garage backed up into our basement. We called the 800 number, and within a minute, a business development manager (Jeri) called us back. It was almost 5 p.m. Jeri calmed us down after we explained what we had found in the basement and assured us that everything would be cleaned up. We had the plumbers come, and they spent several hours clearing our clog. We called Jeri after the clog was cleared, close to 9 p.m., and she advised that she would have someone out first thing in the morning. The next morning, ServPro was quickly responsive as promised, and Kevin, the field supervisor, surveyed the premises. Kevin called and had a crew of several employees clean and move the contents of the basement around. Kevin was here every step of the way with his crew. Our insurance company sent out an independent field adjuster to survey the damages. The adjuster was needed to evaluate whether further mitigation needed to be done. After the field adjuster’s evaluation and initial clean-up, they came back to remove portions of our walls to clean and dry out the moisture to prevent mold. During the process of mitigation, it was suspected/discovered that an asbestos abatement might be needed. Jeri introduced us to an asbestos remediation company. We had them come and test our old flooring tile and glue. It was found that our old flooring and glue tested positive. We have an asbestos abatement scheduled, and Jeri was able to have a POD and a pack-out done for the abatement. Phase one has been completed. Now, our asbestos abatement has been scheduled, along with ServPro returning to pack out the contents of our basement into the POD. We could not have done this without ServPro or especially JERI. Jeri has been so helpful, and her knowledge and expertise have been UNSURPASSABLE! Jeri has been so thorough with this process. She communicated with our insurance examiner and answered all the questions the insurance company had, along with sending all the reports and photos and keeping us in the loop. Besides Jeri’s involvement with the insurance company and introducing us to the remediation company, she recommended ServPro’s Construction department to provide an estimate for the rebuild. The project manager, John, was as thorough as Jeri in his reporting and estimate that we decided to go with ServPro to rebuild our basement once the abatement is completed. John also communicated with our insurance examiner and provided his line of expertise. Jeri calmed us down from the first moment we spoke, and her assurance that everything would be done to our specifications came true! We could not have done this without Jeri! THANK YOU, Jeri!

October 15, 2023 we had a flood on both floors of my home. We were in South Jersey over three miles away. Our water alarm went off and a friend went over to see if there was an issue. Needless to say, the water was shooting out of the side of my house. My friend said call Servpro. I called and Jeri (my Angel) took over. Within a couple of hours, Servpro was there. They got there before we could! From that point on, Jeri was in charge. She educated me on what needed to be done and how the mitigation would happen, step-by-step. I honestly don't know what we would have done without Jeri's cool-headedness and organization. Kevin and Martin were absolutely incredible. Each day they came and made sure everything was in order and being done properly. Besides Jeri's knowledge and incredible professionalism, Kevin, Martin, and the crew never stopped. I cannot believe the time and energy everyone put in to help us clear out the damage. The steps that followed where we had to work with State Farm, were difficult because of our lack of how things worked. Jeri became my advocate and worked daily with State Farm to let them know what was needed and she fought to make sure they took care of everything. If I needed an electrician or a plumber, etc., Jeri made sure State Farm would approve the work. I have never seen a crew of people who asked for nothing from us but kept working as if this were their home. I will never forget everyone's work ethic and dedication. There are no words enough to express my gratitude to Jeri and her resources. She has held my hand through everything with patience (and I mean patience). Everyone needs a hero and mine were Jeri and the crew of Servpro. Thank you for having this service. I never knew this service existed, but many of my friends and family are so impressed by everything that has gone on in our home, they now know who to call! Thank you again.
