New Dmitri, David and Sam were a great team. We appreciated how easy it was to communicate with them by phone and text and we really appreciated the care they took with chemical selection. We have a two-year-old who started out in the NICU with respiratory issues, and they made a point to choose a more natural/safer cleaning solution. Thank you for making our basement usable again! New Reasonable price Dimitri and his crew were phenomenal. There’s not enough I can say to reflect what a terrific job they did. I live in the Clarence Harris Hill area and I needed the basement done quickly. They came over worked very hard. It’s 100 year-old house with stone walls and concrete floor. I’ve added pictures. It’s completely bone dry and free of any mold and fungus exactly what they said it would be. Response time 1–2 hr

Not sure We had a great experience with Water Cleanup Experts. We had an unexpected sewer backup in our basement due to the floods a couple weeks ago, and they were the only company we contacted that was able to come out when we needed them. They were extremely thorough throughout the entire remediation process and made sure everything was properly addressed to prevent any further damage. Special shout out to Dave who came here as soon as he could, and was respectful and communicative! This happened at an especially stressful time, as we were in the middle of preparing to move out of our home, so having a company that was responsive, reliable, and took care of everything properly gave us a lot of peace of mind. We really appreciated their help and would absolutely recommend them! Services Water removal, Mold mitigation, Sewage cleanup, Mold remediation Response time 1–2 hr

Great price I can’t say enough good things about Water Cleanup Experts. I called them on a Saturday morning because my house had significant water damage because of my roof, and we needed help quickly. They didn’t hesitate to respond. Someone came out to assess the situation, and by 3 PM that same Saturday, they had three dehumidifiers up and running and were already removing water-damaged materials. Their response time was incredible, especially during an already extremely stressful situation. Dave, Dimitri, and Sam were absolutely fantastic. They were professional, respectful, knowledgeable, and worked quickly to get everything under control. They treated my home with care and made a really difficult situation a little easier to handle. I’m extremely grateful to Water Cleanup Experts for showing up when we needed them most and getting right to work. Huge thank you to Dave, Dimitri, and Sam — you guys were awesome!
