They efficiently removed the contaminated insulation, thoroughly sanded the mold off the floor joists, and completely treated the concrete floor. Great price If I could give more stars on this company, I would. I was stressed about a flood in my basement. Unsure of costs to remedy the issue and what had to be thrown out. Pat was great from the first phone call. The crew showed up the next day. Very respectful and friendly. They worked for hours going throw every item, making sure if it was wet and moldy, that it was thrown out. Pulling up all the water and when they were done, I was stunned! My basement was a complete mess even before the flood. But after they were finished, it looked better than I could have ever imagined! Water free, and so organized, I almost cried. Frantz and Jorge did an amazing job. They left my home neat as if they were never there. Thank you to United Water Restoration Group. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.
