Great price In my difficult time having a puff back with soot throughout my home during the coldest winter, and being displaced, Don Flandrau and his crew at G-Tech did an extraordinary job in helping me. G-Tech did an excellent job in the clean up, painting, carpet removal, etc. necessary for me to quickly move back into my home. I experienced water damage due to a broken pipe, and Jack and his crew were outstanding from start to finish. They responded quickly, removed all the carpeting, and set up multiple fans and dehumidifiers to thoroughly dry out the basement and den over three days. As soon as the insurance company approved the repairs, they got right to work and restored everything, honestly, even better than it was before. Thumbs up to Jack and his team, highly recommended!

Jack and his team were outstanding when my dad’s house flooded due to a burst pipe. They arrived the same day, quickly removed damaged carpeting from two levels, and handled the cleanup thoroughly. They also set up professional drying equipment to prevent further damage. After the insurance claim was approved, my dad hired them for the renovations, and they delivered excellent results at a very fair price. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again! Highly recommended!

extremely disappointing. Communication was consistently poor—they were slow to respond, often ignored calls and messages, and I had to repeatedly follow up just to get basic updates. The quality of the work was unacceptable. They increased the price without justification and did not install the materials that were originally specified. Promised deadlines were missed, and areas were left unfinished or poorly completed. I cannot recommend this company to anyone looking for professional service, honesty, and quality work.

When I discovered mold and water damage during construction, Don was referred to me by a friend. He showed up to my house within 30 minutes of me calling him to inquire. He was completely honest, thorough and took the time to clearly explain things to me. Although I hope to be lucky enough to never have to call them again, I absolutely will if the situation arises!! Very unreliable. Came out to my home after it flooded April 31st. Was very quick to rip up my floors, cut open my walls and box all my belongs and then completely ghosted us leaving us living in a literal nightmare. DO NOT depend on this company. Excuses everytime we reached out and never sent any estimates or paperwork to our homeowners insurance causing them to try to close the case before any work even began! I would give zero stars if I could. * my correction it was the 30th of April and I flooded due to a busted pipe in my steam dryer * ** Maybe you should check in on things you know nothing about. Here’s my last exchange with Jack after he didn’t show up to “take more pictures”. No check has been cashed as I’m still holding the only check that was issued from the insurance company. No one was asked for money or to be paid. We were told everything is handled through homeowners and we would be responsible for deductible. Unfortunately it didn’t even get that far as ZERO estimates were submitted from your end. Sooooooo not sure where you get your info from. But I’ll just contact the BBB and let them handle it!

When you spend your insurance provided repair money on things that aren’t the repairs and then state that you have no money to pay for the repairs……yes, we did not do your repairs. We are not a non profit and do not work for free. Good luck finding a contractor who works for free as you think they should. They’re about as common as homes flooding on April 31st.

These guys were freaken awesome. We had water and mold damage from a slow leak in our boiler. Top it off with a side of needing asbestos removal from the damaged floor. Jack and his entire crew were the best. Prompt, courteous, efficient. Jack helped out big time with processing the insurance claim. Even came by to help fix a problem created by subsequent incompetent kitchen contractor. Can't say enough good things about this company

Don and his amazing team were outstanding when we had a slab leak a few months ago. Our entire downstairs was impacted and we are so appreciative that Don’s team showed up to our house right away and got to work! As anyone who has had something like this happen, it can be so overwhelming and quite stressful! Don and his team simplified the process for us as much as possible—-telling us what to expect every step of the way, dealing with the challenges with the insurance company, etc. Our house was completely restored and we couldn’t be more grateful! We would highly recommend this company for sure!

I had a fire in my home. It was such a bad an emotional time but Don and his crew at G Tec had our backs. Don is the most patient, kind and knowledgeable man . He was there immediately and got his crew right to work. They are thorough, fast and excellent at what they do.
