The company was dispatched by our mitigation company after a small electrical fire that required asbestos abatement. They followed all the protocols in the NYC area and cleaned up the site well after completion. It was a 2.5 day affair and they brought over all the equipment and had supervisory people on site to ensure safe practice and the job is done to high standards. Our house was particularly difficult to do because they had to work around mini-splits. Overall, the supervisor assigned to my property was responsive, informative and oversaw everyone's work well. I just wish all contractors had that kind of supervision. It wasn't picture perfect, but the communication and anticipation of things that need to be done was good enough for my busy schedule. Now, my house is a few layers thinner. I just wish the asbestos tiles can be just covered up. It was good insulation if it could stay.
