Superior Plumbing & Rooter Service

New Great price | $2,000+ Truely the BEST team around. These guys are skilled in everything they do. They installed a sump pump, french drain and drainage to the street. Even though they dug up my front lawn to install the drainage, they made my lawn look like nothing ever happened! I already had three neighbors ask me about Superior Plumbing because they couldn't believe the five star work they did. Thank you guys! Services Service not listed

Great price The team at Superior is outstanding. We recently needed extensive repairs due to repeated flooding in our basement, and Superior exceeded our expectations. Not only was their quote nearly half the cost of several other basement waterproofing companies, but they also identified an additional repair that no one else had mentioned while still coming in significantly under the competition's pricing. The crew was professional, efficient, and courteous throughout the entire process. The quality of the work and level of service were exceptional. I wish I could give them more than five stars. If you're considering basement waterproofing or plumbing work, I highly recommend reaching out to Superior before contacting anyone else. Great price | $2,000+ I had received a quote from Roto Rooter for a collapsed trap, then had Superior out for a quote a few days later. Not only was it about $1000 cheaper, they didn't charge extra for the water cleanup. The Superior crew did great work and was very friendly and professional. They were also mindful of not letting my critters escape (I heard them telling each other to be careful going in and out and to watch for the cat). They were recommended to me and I am passing that recommendation along. I'm hoping not to need plumbing services for a long time but would absolutely call them again.

Great price Superior Plumbing & Rooter Services is hands down the best plumbing company we’ve ever worked with! Their crew leader, Angel, and his entire team were fantastic from start to finish. They showed up right on time, gave us a clear and fair quote, and actually stayed within budget — no surprises, no nonsense. They tackled a major plumbing job in just one day, and the results were incredible. They had to dig up our old clay piping in the front yard and replace it with new piping from the side of the house all the way to the street. They coordinated everything with the town, made sure all the work was exactly what we needed, and double-checked the previous company’s (very overpriced) recommendations. That other company quoted us over $20,000, but Superior Plumbing did the whole job for less than half of that — under $10,000 — and did it right. When they finished, you could barely tell any digging had even been done — everything looked clean and professional. The whole crew was friendly, polite, great with our dogs, and treated us with total respect. Not once did they talk down to us or make us feel uncomfortable, which unfortunately can be rare in the trades. We can’t recommend Angel and Superior Plumbing & Rooter Services enough. Honest, hardworking, and genuinely kind people who deliver top-quality work. If you need plumbing done — especially a big job — call them first. You’ll be glad you did. Did a wonderful, fast sewer drain line replacement for a reasonable cost and then did a good job replacing the soil and making sure it was level. Like half the houses on our block have had this done recently and none of their lawns look as nice in the aftermath. The workers were also all very pleasant, professional, and polite.

Fantastic experience with Superior Plumbing. Fast, competitive quote, flexible scheduling to get the work done, and they handled everything with the town related to permits and inspections. And - check this out - they even left my yard looking incredible given all the digging they needed to do to replace the main plumbing line from my house into my yard. I would highly recommend Superior! Great crew and professional job all around.

Great price Superior Plumbing is superior, and AFFORDABLE! I can’t thank a gardener friend enough for the recommendation, this company was one of the most phenomenal we have ever hired. The crew was so kind, professional, hard working, friendly, pleasant, and were amazing with my young son. My anxiety was at a minimum watching them work. I am so happy with the state they left my lawn, they did their best to make it look how it did beforehand. They also left my basement floor looking better than it did before they jackhammered a portion of it to connect the new line on the interior. Highly recommend! Came out quickly. Didn’t have this company do the work as their price was $215 more than a master plumber.

By the time I called Superior, I'd already gotten quotes from four different companies for a full sewer-line replacement. Some were recommending repair techniques I didn't like the sound of, others were asking for tens (plural) of thousands of dollars, and -none- of them agreed on what exactly needed to be done. I was at the end of my wits, with no idea of how to proceed (and with a general sense of doom). Miraculously, I decided to get a fifth quote, this time from Superior. Dean answered the phone right away, and Angel was at my house within hours. During the visit, he laid things out for me very simply. At no point did he try to oversell, obfuscate, or overwhelm me with a deluge of information or jargon; he just took a good look at things and then told me, in perfectly plain terms, what was going on and what needed to be done. For the first time, I felt like I understood. And then he handed me his quote, which was the best of the five I'd gotten so far. As he walked back to his van, I breathed a sigh of relief. Angel and his crew were here for two full days, plus part of a third, and during those times they worked virtually nonstop. They were a small crew — sometimes four guys, usually three — but they made up for it by working very, very hard. At the end of each day, Angel took me on a mini-tour, describing where they were in the process and what-all more needed to be done. And before leaving, he and his crew would do their best to sweep up and leave the house as tidy as possible. Another thing that helped out immensely was that Angel stayed in regular contact with my town's inspector (who had to come out at least a couple of times); and after the job, Dean worked with my insurance, providing them with a full picture of what Superior had done. This paperwork-type stuff seemed to just take care of itself; I hardly had to lift a finger. Overall, I'm so glad that I decided to call Superior, because they instantaneously transformed a nightmarish scenario into a job that ended up feeling simple and easy-breezy. Best of all, everyone at Superior is exceedingly kind, personable, and plainspoken, like a trustworthy friend who has your back and who happens to know a whole hell of a lot about plumbing. I hope I don't need a plumber again anytime soon, but if I do, I know exactly what number to dial.

Thank you so much to Angel & Mike at Superior Plumbing!! Angel arrived bright & early this morning. He listened intently to what was happening with our plumbing and he explained to us what he was going to do. He dug the hole to our septic cover, snaked the pipe to our house, put a camera in the pipe and showed us what the problem was. He & Mike dug out the old pipe, put a layer of stone down and replaced that inferior pipe. They cleaned everything up and keep in mind it’s Feb. 13th and it’s been raining, snowing & very windy. Very knowledgeable, professional, courteous and friendly!! I recommend Superior Plumbing to anyone having plumbing problems! Thanks again. Marlene & Russ Tucholski Akron NY

I highly recommend Superior Plumbing! This is my second experience with the company and both times received excellent service. Most recently needed new drain pipe in wall for bathroom and kitchen sinks. Had water pouring into basement. Angel was able to replace the pipe with only minimal removal of Sheetrock underneath bathroom sink cabinet therefore hiding the work done . Angel was a very knowledgeable and extremely friendly and pleasant young man to deal with. He was respectful of the home covering wherever he walked and worked with cardboard and cloths to protect any flooring from dirt, debris or damage. Angel was very efficient and completed a big job in a short time including great clean up. Thank you! 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
