I had to go to my son's house as Stanley Steemer was coming to clean his carpets. When they arrived, the tech started asking questions. "Did your son just move in?" "Where did he put his stuff?" He proceeded to clean the carpet. Then asked "does he live here by himself?" "Will he be home tonight?" Why would a carpet cleaner ask these types of questions?! Very creepy!!

I normally am not one to leave reviews but I had to share this experience. We have a baby due sooner than expected per some complications with my girlfriends pregnancy. To sum up our last 3 days we had a baby shower Sunday, Monday had to put one of our family pets to sleep after 13 years and Tuesday we had Stanley Steamer scheduled to clean our ducts and furnace. I was not prepared at all as we have baby supplies and gifts all over the house not put away. I am self employed and left work early to meet Dylan and Phil for our appointment that I scheduled on short notice due to our baby arriving sooner than expected. My house is naturally a mess as anyone in my shoes would be dealing with. I also have 3 dogs remaining in the house, 2 of which are large and over 100Lbs. These two guys came in, did their thing and cleaned everything and disinfected so we have a cleaner environment for our soon to be newborn to come home to without any problems and did it with a smile. They were patient for me to move furniture and expose all the ducts. They were easy going for me to move dogs around from room to room so they were not in the way. They did not complain or make any rude comments about me not being prepared for their arrival. They got their job done so I can cross one more thing off of my long list of things to get done in a very short amount of time. I'm not sure what these two get paid but I would argue on their behalf they probably deserve a raise. They were respectful, professional, courteous and they got a quality job done fast so I could go back to work and carry on with my day. 10 out of 10 recommend you request Dylan and Phil to service your home. Those guys are awesome. Not only did Stanley Steamer accommodate me on short notice because I literally called Monday to make the appointment and they had me scheduled the next day, but they did a great job with the service they provided. I want to point out it is not just about the service the company provides but the people they have providing that service. And I can say that having used them on more than one occasion for other services as well and was not disappointed.

When I first called thought the customer service was good. When my service was supposed to happen, I never got a text or call that they were on their way until they were here. The tech kept saying we can’t gaurantee that the stains would come out. I was never informed over the phone. Then he did it so quick, most of the stains are still on it. For 200 dollars to do a mini sofa and not get anything out is pretty ridiculous.

Kevin and Thomas did an excellent job cleaning and protecting my carpets. They were very friendly and professional. Moved furniture without an issue. Put everything back in its proper place. In and out in under an hour. I will definitely use Stanley Steemer again!
