Reasonable price Excellent company to work with when my basement flooded. I gave Jim McGrath a call and He shot right over super quickly cleaned. Everything up gave me great advice got my basement dry took care of all of the damaged stuff had blowers and a dehumidifier down in the basement overall very satisfied, and when they came to grab all the debris one of the workers even played basketball with my son 10 out of 10 would recommend anybody who needs help Services Mold inspection, Water damage-related cleanup & repair, Sewage cleanup

After the other "Serv" company bumbled the initial response work my adjuster recommended Service Master by Phoenix to finish the response and to handle the tear out. SM was responsive and very prompt to arrange the work. They handled all of the preliminaries (asbestos testing, etc.) and then quickly scheduled removal of the damaged areas. The work was done quickly, efficiently, and they took great care to protect adjacent, undamaged areas. All work areas were thoroughly cleaned before they left. The crew was always courteous and kept me informed throughout the process. I can't recommend them highly enough. Services Water damage-related cleanup & repair

If there was 6 stars i wouldve given 6….Cant thank them enough for the FAST arrival and immediate pumping out of water from my basement. Jim and his team did a phenomenal job of also drying, reducing the humidity, and cleaning it up. Dont ever hesitate to call them if you need restoration services! Reasonable price Our experience with the Service Master team was fantastic… Jim McGrath and his men were responsive, hardworking, careful , professional in every instance and took extra care to keep from damaging any other parts of our home as they emptied damaged property / wet furniture and other personal property and carried it from basement outside to dumpsters. They answered every question presented and were tuned in to the emotional toll the experience caused us. The guys at ServiceMaster went above and beyond to help me after a flood in a newly purchased home. Great price I'm a Realtor and property owner, I had a contract of sale on a property but the home inspection came back as having a microbial growth in the basement. Bob, Jim and his team took the mold assessor's write up and did a mold remediation second to no one. I can't say enough about their professionalism in every phase of the work they did.
