We had a great experience with John from Stanley Steemer! He came out, took pictures, and showed us the growth inside our trunk line while thoroughly explaining our options. He gave my husband and me time to discuss everything privately, then patiently talked through our concerns until we found the best solution for our family. He never once pressured us to make a quick decision about encapsulation. As a father himself, he understood our concerns about having a little boy at home and genuinely cared about helping us make the right choice. He even offered to come back and vacuum the remaining ductwork for the same quoted price if we decide to replace our trunk lines. John was honest, patient, and compassionate. We truly appreciated that he put our family's needs above making a sale. Highly recommend!

I contacted Stanley Steemer to clean my 90 year old father’s home in Etowah, Tn after he had a large dog that shed terrible and had accidents in the house on the carpets. Frank and Corey from Stanley Steemer Chattanooga came out on Oct 7th to help us out. They were SO kind and considerate to my father and did an amazing job on his carpets, staircases and rugs and gave me a nice discount for the multiple areas. I highly recommend these guys and Stanley Steemer for a professional exceptional job. Thank you Frank and Corey

Steven and Ethan arrived exactly as indicated by the tracking provided. They explained the services I had requested and explained the process. We had the carpets in three bedrooms a hall and staircase cleaned. We also had a kitchen breakfast room tile cleaned. I was very pleased with the results. Both men were knowledgeable, polite, respectful, and a credit to their company. I strongly recommend Stanley Steemer and especially Steven and Ethan.
