Very honest and professional company! We ended up not needing his services but he was still extremely helpful and took the time to explain what was causing our issue and gave us a solution. I really appreciated his honesty and that he didn’t try to sell us services we didn’t need. Definitely recommend!

I have been fortunate enough to collaborate with Chris Pridgen, owner of AdvantaClean of Chattanooga. They rectified my crawlspace issues following the flood and recently addressed the problem caused by my washing machine drain malfunction. The crew demonstrated exceptional professionalism and workmanship. Their reliability and commitment to delivering on their promises are truly commendable. If you're experiencing issues with mold, standing water, water damage restoration, air duct cleaning, or other related services, I highly recommend contacting Chris at AdvantaClean.

There is no reason to look elsewhere. Had a water leak and several companies provided estimates. Chris, the owner, came personally to do the estimate and found damage where no one else did. He was more thorough and knowledgeable than the others. While not the least expensive, I had the most confidence in him and my confidence was rewarded. Chris and his team did a very professional job of demolition and remediation and he and his crew respected our home and treated it as they would want theirs treated. I found Chris to be completely trustworthy and his advice was spot on. I highly recommend him.

Do not use anyone else! The pricing and quality of work is excellent. Chris did a complete inspection and identified exactly what needed to be done. It easily fit my budget compared to other companies and the quality and workmanship exceeded my expectations. Because of the importance of eliminating moisture and mold is a essential part of your quality of life, don’t use anyone else. Dana Red Bank Tn.

I don't normally leave reviews because businesses beg for them and I find it disingenuous. This wasn't the case! I was hit by a combination of flash flooding and poor city drainage last weekend, and a room in my home took on flood water. But Chris and his team did exceptional work at my home for a very reasonable cost. He was incredibly communicative, professional, and quick to respond during the emergency. If you ever need help like this, contact these folks. They're on top of it and will do the right thing to appropriately diagnose the problem and resolve it in a timely manner.

I first called Advantaclean for a mold remediation in our basement. They did an excellent job and recommended a basement dehumidifier. After installation, they have diligently followed up on an annual basis to help us with upkeep on the unit. Recently, their unit failed and would not have been discovered had we not ordered the service appointment. They promptly replaced the unit under its warranty provisions and did such a great job! I highly recommend this company for their professionalism and excellent service!
