I could not be more satisfied with the outstanding service from Restoration 911. When my basement flooded, they responded immediately and began working right away. Their team was incredibly efficient and completed the job much faster than I ever expected. Not only did they restore my basement beautifully, but they also took the time to put everything back exactly where it belonged before the flooding. That level of care and attention to detail meant so much during a stressful situation. Pat was especially helpful and kind throughout the entire process. He worked directly with my insurance company, made everything clear, and explained each step thoroughly so I always understood what was happening. No one ever expects to have the hardship of their home burning. Facing all of the hardships that go along with that experience, imagine then, receiving a notice that a company is placing a lien on your property because State Farm has not paid them in a timely manner. Mitigation is not the responsibility of the homeowner but the insurance company. So be prepared that if your insurance does not pay them timely they will file a lien against your damaged property. While trying to navigate paying all of the other bills that I'm paying because, I too and waiting on State Farm, I had to stop and make a payment to this company in order ro preserve my credit and my home.

My daughter had them do a kitchen redo because she found mold. They demolished and cleaned mold and disappeared for months before she heard from them. They gave her the run around not coming back to work on it. 5 months later they made it back to do some work and still did not finish. So 6 months later she finally has a kitchen and had to do her own counter tops and sink hook ups. I don't recommend them to anyone. Chose some other company!

I called 911 Restoration because I didn't realize water damage wasn't just a little water on the floor. Little did I know, it was actually under my half bathroom floor tile, my hallway floor tile, my other bathroom floor tile, and had begun to saturate my bedroom carpet and padding. I wasn't aware how bad the damage was until three days later when my carpet was suddenly damp and stinky. After a day of pulling up the damp carpet, attempting to dry and clean it, I realized it was much worse than I had thought, and called 911 Restoration at around nine at night, thinking they would come the next day. Nope! Pat and his team zoomed right over, took moisture readings, and set up dehumidifiers and air scrubbers. He set my expectations with the insurance process, his process, and how long it might take, which is the most important aspect of any contracting and insurance claim. I was never in the dark as to what I should do. He has an entire team who each has dedicated jobs to handle different parts of their process, who communicate with EACH OTHER, so everyone knows what is going on. They take the initiative to contact, update, and advise. We are about to begin the rebuild, and I have all faith that the repairs will be as good and better than what they are replacing. I will actually continue to call them whenever I need something done that I can't do myself!

I have worked with 911 Restoration for a year now professionally and they have always been a great company to work with when I needed them. Great response time and they always have our best interest in mind! But recently I have personally seen how their company works hard for their customers to get their homes reconstructed back to a living state and I wouldn’t recommend any other company to do this job! They go above and beyond to make sure their homeowners concerns are being heard and that the work is being completed to their satisfaction within all building standards. They have a great crew on the mitigation side of the company as well as the reconstruction side and you are in the best hands with 911 Restoration!! Special shout out to Eric Barnes and Emily Fifield! These two supervisors are rockstars! ❤️

I was first referred to Joshua by a plumbing/ septic company in Georgia. Joshua has been outstanding from beginning to end and quick as lightning as far as response time and willingness to work with us. We had another company out to pump our septic tank and (repair a field line) however all they did was sabotage the septic system and tear up the yard. When I spoke with Joshua he gave me multiple options for financing as well as a solid game plan to replace the field lines in the back yard. We got approved for financing and as soon as the yard dried out they got started! We now have brand new lines and even upgraded the tank lids for easier service in the future. I am so thankful that we were able to find such a good and honest company to help us out! I would hands down absolutely recommend 911 restoration for any of your home repair needs.
