Great price We found ourselves with a condo with a biohazard problem, leaking roof, and an uncooperative HOA, among other problems. Fortunately, we made the right choice and called SERVPRO of Northern Westchester. Dan Peterson, Michael Gramesty, Christopher Galli and Casey Jensen came to the rescue. We did not have to pick up anything heavier than a telephone. Michael Gramesty dealt with a recurring roof leak and saved a new floor from damage. We cannot thank them enough. I recently had water damage in my basement and my insurance company assigned ServPro to handle my issue. I've never seen a more responsive and professional group in my life. I needed a mold remediation and had people come in to check. It turned out to be a little water issue and slight mold. They took part of the drywall off, checked behind the drywall and sprayed a preventative treatment. They did a great job with what I hired them to do.

Well tank failed flooding basement. Servpro arrived promptly and went straight to work. Their equipment and the team did an excellent job. My basement has never been so clean. Very professional. Hope I never need them again but will not hesitate to call if I do!

During the brief deep freeze at the end of December a baseboard heating line froze and busrt, causing some exterior and interior damage, requiring some destruction for plumbers to get at the problem and repair it - and then of course everything had to be put back together and painted. Our insurance agent recommended ServPro of Northern Westchester near us to do the work, and they did. It took quite a while because it turned out the burst was in more than one place, so there was an extra cycle of destruction and plumbing , and then a period of bad weather that delayed the repainting (most of the damage was exterior and hence exposed to the weather) but Ely and Mario and the team got it done as efficiently as possible, as well as carefully and responsively to our concerns and questions - and with good humor. As they say - when they were done it was as if it never happened (only better :-:-) So “thanks ServPro”!! (If only the insurance company were as quick, we would be even happier, but I’m sure they’ll come through, maybe in my lifetime. We’ll see.). F. Mosher
