New I just want to thank Hank for the work he did on short notice to open up my fireplace in order for me to have a fireplace insert put in. The work it took to finish the job was nearly 6 hours, and he stayed the entire time, until the job was done. Not just was he timely in coming out to my house to provide me with a quote, he was also able and to come back within a few days to do it. Can’t say enough about his work ethic.

It's not in my nature to say something negative about someone, but I'm shocked at Hank Johnson's poor workmanship, lack of responsiveness and consideration for his customer. We gave Hank a second payment of $4,000 in January, 2024 for work this Spring that he never attempted to complete, and to make matters worse, he won't take my calls. Proof that he's hiding is that some of his equipment and debris is still in my garage as of July 28, 2024 because it obviously has less value than what I fronted him in January. Please be aware not to give him any money in advance. He started our job in late October, 2023 and he said he would be completed before Thanksgiving. I had only one specific request not to work when the temperature went below 40º. He didn't honor that until I spoke to him face to face. He was angry and said we were going to put him out of business. In January, 2024, as I said previously, he requested and we foolishly believed him that he would start with us as soon as the weather broke and to help him by giving him the next payment. We have not seen him since despite multiple attempts to contact him. I've read the many glowing reports from other customers and wish I could be one of them but Hank Johnson not only has gone radio silent, he owes us $4,000 and doesn't have the courage to talk to us to figure this out amicably. I'm not an unreasonable person but Hank Johnson's lack of business honesty and professionalism is only exceeded by his cowardice. If you look at the picture closely, you will notice that there are two different textures and two different poorly done applications. It was his confidence that he could achieve what we were asking that attracted us to Hank Johnson. One is a sandy brown and one is a more gray mix. Hard to believe that someone with this much experience could do this. Hank was not present during this time and never came back to check his employees' work.

100% recommend - Hank and team did an expert and very detailed job removing efflorescence from board form concrete on our property. They were easy to work with, completed the job on time and with attention to detail and did a great job. Would hire again.

We worked with HJ’s Stone Artistry Restorations on a recent project and couldn’t be more pleased. Hank and his team deconstructed, repaired and rebuilt a waterfall cascading down from our spa to our in-ground pool. We are overly satisfied with the end product - the design is beautiful and so seamlessly integrates with the rest of our stonework throughout the pool area (a huge improvement from the existing waterfall that felt out of place and poorly crafted). The process was also enjoyable and efficient - the team was prompt to respond to our outreach, quickly fit us into the schedule, turned around the job in a short period of time, and was very pleasant to work with.
