We have used Return Restoration for many projects in the last 6 years in our city apartment. The professional expertise was excellent. We were supported throughout the process with updates and suggestions that made a positive difference. The end result was better than we could have ever imagined. All of these were among the reasons we use and recommend Return Restoration. However it was the 2019 project of combing 2 apartments that proved the worth of this company. After the contract was signed, the coop board proved to be very difficult. It took months to get approved. Return restoration was able to successfully deal with all their demands. We finally got approval to begin, just days before the city closed down for covid. Once again Return Restoration stood by us, honoring our contract and waited for the building to reopen. When the building allowed renovations again, a new set of work rules were put in. The work day was shortened, time limits on noise etc made the job almost impossible. Return restoration was with us every step of the way. We now have a beautiful home the never ceases to amaze us. I know we would not have accomplished this with out the skills of return restoration.

This is my second time employing Return Restoration to restore woodwork in our Harlem brownstone. David and Return Restoration demonstrate the highest levels of quality craftsmanship, detail orientation, cleanliness and professionalism as they go about their job. I really appreciate how well David listens and provides solutions to address my questions/comments. Return Restoration's work is first-rate, and they are my go-to company for any woodworking restoration. Highest recommendation!!

Return Restoration has done an amazing job of upgrading our apartment in washington heights. Every detail of the work was done with care and professionalism and i couldn't be happier with the results. They finished the work within the timeframe that i requested and furthermore, David Molena (proprietor)still calls me to make sure that everything is working well. I think that is a noteworthy aftercare.
