ServPro was there within 2 hours after I called to report a flood in my basement. The initial call with Abdul, was very informative. He guided me through the process and told me what to expect. Within a few hours, Eddie came and began the process of cleaning up the basement. A crew showed up later and the basement was finished by end of day. Eddie and Kevin completed the process. Everyone was very helpful. I would recommend them to anyone.

My experience with Servpro of Levittown/Bethpage started out well, but ended quite disappointingly. They began work on mitigation of a boiler leak and were very supportive. However, it turned out that my insurance didn't cover the work, and that was the last I heard from them. My call wasn't returned and no-one contacted me to discuss whether or not they could continue with the work with me paying the cost or what I could do going forward. The next I heard from them was an e-mail of my bill for the services rendered and then several reminders to pay said bill. I found this behavior to be quite unprofessional and not at all what I had expected from them, given their eagerness to proceed with extensive work when we all thought the insurance coffers would be open.
