We had a leak in our attic that flooded our 2 bathrooms and affected part of one bedroom. It was a major job. But the entire team, from the guys doing the demolition, to Rob who oversaw the renovation, and to Orlando who did the renovation work, were all incredibly professional, easy to work with, reasonable, very pleasant, and always on top of things. I was wary, because I have never heard of anyone having a good experience with contractors, but I was very pleasantly surprised to have had such a smooth and relatively painless process. I would highly recommend this team to anyone!

We had a sewerage backup in our basement. ServPro of Farmingdale/Massapequa came the same day to start the cleanup. They then did the rebuild of the basement, and because their work was so good, we hired them to renovate our den, which had 30 year old built in floor to ceiling cabinets, and worn out carpet. The workers were absolutely amazing, and extremely attentive to detail. We now have a brand new basement and den, and I highly recommend them.

Had a shower panel and door explode in bathroom with maybe a thousand pieces of tempered glass and glass dust all over the bathroom Sal was to my house within an hour of my phone call and did an incredible job removing the debris and cleaning/dusting the bathroom. He got in all the nooks and crannies…..truly a terrific job by Sal….thank you FYI…had never used Servpro before….won’t hesitate to use them again.

When u have a flood it is a very upsetting ordeal.Servpro put my mind at ease from the start.They removed all the water and placed the fans and circulators to alleviate any mold. I left the water running in our upstairs bathroom and it overflowed and flooded that entire room, the downstairs dining room and linen closet, and the basement storage room. I called Servpro and couldn’t be happier with their response starting with Dan, who immediately came by and explained everything and called in all the crews. Sal brought in the drying/cleanup crew and had blowers and dryers going for a few days to dry everything out, cleaned up all the damaged rooms and checked in periodically to make sure everything was going smoothly. Rob was my contact throughout the entire project and explained and dealt with the insurance company on our behalf and coordinated all the repairs. He stopped by daily and made sure everything was going as planned, which it was. Orlando and his crew showed up on time every day and did all the repair work professionally and completely. They were equally adept at spackling, drywall, plastering, and painting as they were with plumbing, laying down flooring, and everything else they did here. I would highly recommend Servpro to anyone needing flood or fire repairs, or to anyone needing any construction work done. We had a pretty bad flood from our hot water heater that left our 3 room basement covered in at least 2 inches of water. I had no idea what to do so I randomly googled and found these guys. Sal and his crew came within an hour on a Monday (holiday) night and immediately put my mind at ease, “they got it” and they did! They sucked up all the water that night and were back the next morning to remove all the damaged stuff. All the guys were professional and thorough in getting damaged things out. They set up their fans and made it like it never happened. They have dealt with my insurance company which is great because I don’t really know what I’m doing. In the summer, our gas burner malfunctioned, blew a gasket and flooded the basement while we were on vacation. Our daughter was checking on the house and discovered the flooding. She called our plumber who turned off the water main and recommended Servpro of Farmingdale/Massapequa, a company that provides 24-hour emergency service specializing in disaster cleanup, restoration and construction. The next morning, Dan Loiacono (General Manager) and Rob Hassett (Project Manager) from Servpro arrived to handle the mitigation of the flooded basement. Throughout the entire process, they explained in detail what needed to be done and ensured there was no mold as a result of the flood. Once the disaster cleanup was complete, Servpro provided a detailed proposal for the costs of materials and labor required to restore the basement. We decided to go with them for the restoration and were completely satisfied with the end result. The craftsmanship was excellent, the workers were respectful, hard working and showed up on time every day. Rob Hassett coordinated each day with his workers to ensure the project was going smoothly.
