Overpriced Had them come out to clean up a suicide. They made sure they emptied the room but when tearing out the walls, ceiling etc, they did a half @#$ job. Left blood on the ac unit and matter on the walls and floor. Not worth what they charged. Services Service not listed Response time 1–2 hr

I bought a house and I was recommended these guys for good cleaning. The first appointment was canceled the same day they were supposed to do a estimate. They rescheduled me for the next week. I called to make sure they were coming and a few hours later they canceled and moved the appointment to the next week. I called again to make sure they were coming and they didn't have me on the schedule. So they moved me a week out again. Then I called early to make sure everything was good for them to come out and they told me yes they will be there at 12. (I called at 8am) a hour later they called me and canceled the appointment. And moved it a month out. I was nothing but cooperative and polite and they treated me with disrespect and they go back on there word. I've wasted enough time on waiting when I need to get this done. And it wasn't even the cleaning crew it was just to get a estimate. That one person can do. So im extremely disappointed in them. My company uses them all the time but now im reconsider even hiring them for that.

Servpro was recommended to us to clear out the smoke smell in our new home. They scheduled a free consultation with us on Tuesday 7/28; the morning of they canceled due to a water main break. Understandable, emergencies happen. They rescheduled for the following Tuesday; and the morning of they canceled again and said they would come Thursday instead (today), and yet again they could not come due to the water main break. We were understanding at first, but at this point they have made three commitments they could not keep. They should not be making appointments if they won't be able to show up. On the phone I was told that this company is for emergencies and that they come first, again, understandable; so don't waste your time trying to schedule anything for non-emergencies. Because they do not care and will make no effort to make things right.

Great price My experience with the restoration work after the broken pipe and the flooding of three floors that followed at my church, was exceptional. Jared Raimo and his crew were friendly and did outstanding work. As it always seems to happen there were unexpected issues that arose. Jared took it in stride, and he and his crew maneuvered thru those issues with ease. Jared was a joy to work with. He kept me informed with texts and pictures as the work progressed. He answered my question even after hours. These types of disasters are never easy, but Jared, with is calm demeanor and exceptional craftsmanship made me realize we were in good hands. Our roof leaked from ice and snow issues this winter. This created an issue and water damage to our ceiling in our main hallway and entrance to downstairs basement. Crystal and the team at ServPro were extremely responsive. They were able to visit our home to review the damages and set up a contractor to do the repairs. The contractor was great to work with and Crystal came by to check that everything was done to our satisfaction. I would highly recommend them for water damage issues you may be dealing with.
