Our hot water heater failed and dumped its watery guts all over our basement, which was the last thing we wanted to find at 1:30 in the morning. We called Fire Water Pros, and Chris was quick to reassure us and get his team scheduled to start mitigating the water damage and drying everything out. They arrived literally the next day. Chris was easy to reach throughout the whole process. If he missed a call, he always followed up by text or called back that day. His team was professional, respectful, and worked around a cluttered basement without causing any damage to our belongings beyond what actually needed to be removed because of the water damage. The mitigation and drying process took place over about two weeks, and the only real difficulty we had during the whole ordeal was dealing with our insurance company. Chris and his team were professional, efficient, communicative, and got the job done, setting us up for the eventual renovations. Reasonable price The insurance company paid directly so their price had to be reasonable. Whenever I called, I spoke directly with the owner and his crew showed up on time and did a thorough removal of damaged material and follow up inspections to make sure everything was dry and mold free. Reasonable price I cant say i have anything bad to say about this company. I had a small basement fire January 24th and I called them the next morning after the fire and they were there the same day or maybe the next, I dont recall but they got thete quick regardless. They installed large air purifiers and large de-humidifers in basement to help with the smoke and water damages. Chris was easy to deal with and kept it professional the whole time. Chris explained all scopes of work they were going to perform and made sure everything was OK with me before doing any work. The work crew that was at my house remodeling my house did a great job and the workers were very friendly every single time they were at my house. They worked quick but we'll. The cleaning lady's that came to clean the whole house (walls, floors, carpet, bathroom, basement) exceeded my expectations. Those lady's made the house look close to new and could barely tell there was any smoke damages. Overall, I would personally hire this company again in the future. Prices seemed to be fair considering the extensive work that needed to be done. At the end of the day, fire water pros did exactly what they were hired to do, they kept it professional the entire time and Chris was in contact with me multiple times explaining everything very well and made sure to answers all and any questions I had.
