Devin and his crew came out to do a fire restoration job. It was last minute and I needed help while I was out of town. They took care of it in a timely manner. I would recommend using their services because they are great and will work around your schedule. Their prices are reasonable as well. They are honest and dependable.

Working with Devin at 360 Property Restoration was absolutely one of the easiest experiences with a contractor that I've ever experienced. He came in, did the surveyed the mold, laid out a concise plan, time line and gave me options to consider. They arrived exactly as outlined, went above and beyond to insure that the project was done to my level of satisfaction and left our home cleaner than when they started. If there were more than a 5 Star review, I would leave it. Communication was prompt and he was always willing to take my calls...even after business hours...that's not typical of other contractors in his area of expertise. We are a client for life.

Devin’s service goes far beyond expectations. He came for an estimate and gave me multiple options for what might be possible given various different price ranges and time constraints. He was personable, patient, amazing at listening, and very thoughtful and earnest. He even left me with some products that I can use to keep the problem at bay until it can be fixed more permanently! Devin’s honest and respectful and clearly has as much knowledge as he does integrity, which is saying a lot. Woke up on December 23rd to water in our basement. I called another company and got put on hold. While I was on hold, my wife found Devin and called him. Devin had come, surveyed the situation, left to get equipment, and come back and started work before the other company ever even got back to me. Devin and his team came in the same day I called. I made an emergency call and was not charged extra. 360 Restoration came in and started at 7pm. Worked until around midnight and started again the next day. I’m a soldier who does not have the ability to always be home. Devin was really easy to work with and came in before the damage got too bad. He gave me a great quote and gave me a discount after the job was done because he really wanted to help me out.
