Reasonable price | $1,000+ I’m giving them 5 stars because, when it comes down to it, they fixed an issue we’ve had with our steam system for YEARS that several other plumbers couldn’t fix. We had a very unique situation that required expertise and ingenuity, and Dan absolutely delivered. No issues at all since they finished the job. I highly recommend anyone with a steam system in their home to work with Dan. He is THE steam guy. Now, all that being said, there were a lot of communication issues between the initial consultation and actual date of service — all of which I spoke with Dan directly about. We ended up waiting quite a long time to be serviced….. but it was absolutely worth it and I would do it again. Dan is the steam whisperer lol. Thanks guys!!! Services Service not listed

Had a great experience working with Dan and his team to replace our gas steam boiler and wet return lines. After a very comprehensive initial inspection and estimate, Dan offered creative solutions to our complicated issue of replacing both wet return lines which were damaged and buried under our basement foundation. He provided an effective solution to hide them in baseboard in our finished basement which provided the best outcome with minimal disruption to existing walls. In fact, they also completed carpentry work to repair the sheetrock. Dan was easy to work with and incredibly reliable providing high quality work and exceeding all of our expectations. We strongly recommend Scully’s for any plumbing needs and look forward to working with them in the future.

I recently had a great experience with Scully’s Plumbing. They repaired my tankless water heater without needing to replace it, saving me $10-12k compared to quotes I received from two other companies. From start to finish they were courteous, honest and professional. Dan went above and beyond by walking me through some interim solutions to manage the issue until they could get to it. The repiping of the boiler to the correct size has made a significant change in the heat in our home. Rooms that were not consistently warm are now evenly heated. The radiators are quiet and the separate hot water zone in the kitchen and family room is also providing more even heating. Thanks again for calling this to our attention. First- it was easy to make an appointment, and I didn't have to wait days/weeks for availability. Dennis was courteous and willing to talk through the process with me, answer all my questions, and give me honest feedback about my options. He was able to quickly resolve my issue, which a prior plumber told me would require a hole in my kitchen ceiling and pipe replacement. Scully's resolved the issue without either of those things. I also like the fact that Scully's is a local, family run business who listens to their customers. Finally- another benefit - if an issue does require that walls be opened/pipes replaced, Scully's works directly with a contractor, who will patch up the walls/ceiling etc. once the plumbing issue has been resolved. So you aren't left with a hole in your house trying to find someone to come patch it up. Highly Recommend!
