Family Plumbing

Our heater was broken and the snow and cold was coming. It was 50 degrees and getting colder in the house. Walter came out Saturdaynight, repaired the hot water heater, bled the radiators twice and replaced broken parts. It was a pleasure doing business with them . I recommend them highly

I'm a retired contractor of 25 years, I've used many plumbers in my career, I never found a company with the integrity that family plumbing has shown me. They show up when they say they're going to, their jobs are done job one every time. They installed my new heating system in my home in one day on demand heating, and hot water system in one day. I use them for everything from basic sink repairs to the obvious major plumbing needs as a real estate investor retired contractor. I can do my own work but I rest assured when I call the guys at family plumbing the job is going to get done right the first time. I highly recommend them. They truly do make you feel like family. I had no hot water, tried to relight the pilot to no avail. Found Family plumbing on Google. Called and was pleasantly surprised as they came to give me a FREE estimate ! Needed to replace my hot water heater although they gave me the option to repair the switch. Came next morning and in less than 2 hrs they installed a new one . NO HIDDEN COSTS ! Price quoted was what it was ! Already referred them to some friends !

I found them on Google one day when the water heater broke. I called them super anxious as I have a 7 month old at home, and they were here within 2 hours. Since they couldn’t fix the water heater, they gave me an estimate and we’re back the next day. The week after I called them to fix a bunch of smaller things and they were super quick, professional, and kind. I’ve already shared their number with local friends Positive Responsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value Services Plumbing leak detection, Water heater installation, Faucet repair, Plumbing pipe repair, Shower repair, Toilet repair, Drain cleaning

Very very unprofessional. I called to make an appointment with him, he took down all my information to come by to fix my sink. The day of the appointment, he never showed up. When I called him, he said he forgot to send someone. He said "I will call you back in 10 minutes" He never called. The way he was acting was like he is the only plumber in the world. My suggestion, USE A REPUTABLE PLUMBER. I WILL NEVER USE THIS PERSON AGAIN. FOR ALL WHO IS READING THIS---LOOK ELSEWHERE AND BUYER BEWARE

Great company. I had a different company come before them and tell me a very steep price and they ended up not knowing what was wrong. And tryed to sell me a new boiler even though mine is only a few years old. So I called family plumbing and They told me the wait would be about a hour and 20 min later there was a gentleman knocking on the door. This is on New Year’s Eve day and he came in figured out what was wrong and fixed my boiler in a short period of time. These guys know what there doing. I will definitely use them again. And on his way out he even cleaned the floors because of his foot prints because there’s snow outside I would highly recommend them. Very respectful. When in doubt call family plumbing to figure it out
