I would highly recommend this company! We needed a vent pipe rerouted for an upstairs bathroom, and hook up for a sink & toilet. Pete was kind, respectful and professional when it came to all matters. He gave us an estimate and came in a timely manner. The work was neat and clean. His receptionist Josie, was always helpful & professional and his employees are knowledgeable and do awesome work. Can’t say enough about Pipemasters Plumbing & Heating!

I’ve been trying to contact the company for a service call left a few messages on the machine no one called back ..Pete are you guys still in business? Email link is showing undeliverable error ..I’m going to go out on a limb and say they’re no longer in business based on the years on the previous reviews

TRAVIS came to repair a leak under our sink and when he saw the RSO gave the excuse my home warranty does not cover it and said it would be a separate service fee of 125$ to repair with a plumbers tape. Then said won’t proceed until I pay the warranty service call fee. When I handed him the cash and advised to repair the leak he said never mind keep your money I’m out. Very unprofessional will never do business or refer PipeMaster to anyone. Negative Professionalism

Indeed the worst company ever. They installed our gas boiler and water heater 4 years ago, until now no inspections from our Valley Stream village Inspection Dept was performed. Per the village Inspection Dept they are not returning their calls. We did business with the person named Pete.
