New I had a clogged main drain pipe. I called Roto-Rooter. They were there at my house within the hour. The service Tech Mamadou, was very respectful of my house, and myself. He was very professional snaked out the drain down to the main sewer line and cleared the stoppage. Everything was tested and was flowing perfectly would recommend.

We had a pretty major plumbing issue and Roto-Rooter was able to send a technician out the same day, which we really appreciated. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. He took his time looking into the problem and explained everything to us clearly, including what was causing the issue and what needed to be done to fix it. What I appreciated most was that he never made us feel rushed. He was very thorough, answered all of our questions, and made sure we understood what was going on throughout the entire process. He was also very nice and respectful, which makes a huge difference when you’re already stressed out dealing with a major plumbing problem. Most importantly, he was able to fix the issue and get everything back up and running properly. We were extremely relieved and very happy with the service we received. Having someone come out the same day, take the time to properly diagnose the problem, and actually resolve it was a great experience. I would absolutely recommend Roto-Rooter based on the service we received.

They are not in narrowsburg. Tech said he would have to drive 2.5 hrs to get to me. Also 700 to unclog a drain is insanity. We need more people with their own business so people can make more money doing the job and big corporations arnt charging over 500 per hour on a job.
