We had an emergency in the winter and called Chad for help. He did come up very fast. But to our surprise, he charged us over $300 for a very minor repair work which he finished in less than 10 minutes, and he even didn’t have to replace any new parts for us! I think he took advantage of our situation and overcharged us so much! So if you need to use his service, I recommend you ask for a price beforehand.

To your surprise, you paid someone to come to your house, right away, on a weekend with his family, to fix YOUR problem, and it was 300 dollars? And he did it super fast and in a way that didn't require the ordering, purchasing, or installation of unneeded parts? You waited all of 10 minutes to have the heat to your home restored? Brilliant. We obviously don't share the same values. Best of luck in the future.
