We worked with Fifty Three Restoration to restore the bay windows in our apartment, which was built in 1916, and the results are truly exceptional. What stood out most was how deeply they understand restoration work—not just the mechanics, but the history and craftsmanship behind it. They approached the project with a level of care and attention that’s rare to find. It’s clear this isn’t just a job for them—they genuinely put their heart and soul into their work. The windows look beautiful and, more importantly, feel true to the character of the home. We’re incredibly grateful and would recommend them without hesitation. I've included a before and after shot.

Fifty Three Restorations

Working with you and Greg was made easier because of your interest in the process required to effect that change. We are fortunate to have clients like you with whom we have a shared vision of the project goals.

I have been involved with over 20 Fifty Three Restorations projects spanning 10 years. The relationship, in a way, is life affirming. The knowledge that the Fifty Three team is active and working to provide their expertise and craft gives me confidence that architectural history can be preserved, creative visions can be physically realized, and that there are still people who care about doing work with excellence and pride.

Fifty-Three Restorations completed work for our church stained glass window restoration project. Vince and team provided expert work on our 100 year-old Rose Window, a historic and architectural focal point in our church. They coordinated with our glass contractor to ensure timely completion, and provided teamwork and good communication to our parish coordinator. It was reassuring to work with experienced professionals who care about their work and the parish that they work with.

Vince Lepre and his team of professionals were a pleasure to work with during our extensive and highly detailed mahogany window replacement project. The 150 year old Devinne Press Building project required the Landmark Preservation Committee's review and approval; therefore the detail of the work was extensive. Vince worked closely with our architect and coordinated efforts with a quality window manufacturer from upstate NY to complete the project to everyone's satisfaction. I would highly recommend Fifty Three Restoration for your project!
