My apartment flooded and I called Robert the Friday before a holiday weekend. He quickly started helping me the same day. He communicates very well and generally responds promptly. I had no experience dealing with anything like this and Robert answered all of my questions. He ran the dehumidifiers to mitigate the damage. Then he got the crew, setup containment areas, opened up the affected walls and tried them from the inside. They replaced the insulation, sheet rock, sanded the walls, plastered and painted then. When it was all said and done, my walls were as good as new. Robert is a perfectionist and made sure everything looked good. prime Aire really took care of me in a time of need and got my apartment back up and running in the fastest time possible. We found Prime Aire through Google without doing much research as we were in desperate need of help with extensive water and mold damage which they assessed within hours of my call. Working with Robert Gershman and his fantastic crew was a great delight in a sea of misery. Robert was knowledgable, efficient, thorough and kind to us throughout the painstaking process. We immediately trusted his judgment which turned out to be consistently on target. The job was enormous and he waded (almost literally) into the muck and made order out of chaos. The men working along side Robert followed his lead: they were polite, incredibly hard-working despite the miserable heat and humidity and awfulness of the job. Moreover, they accomplished what was needed. We saw how hard they toiled but didn't hear any complaints. You have hired great people indeed. I hope they are well-paid--all of them--as their work is so hard and important. They worked straight through with a real sense of urgency for over 9 days and took a day or two off and then put in several more days to finish the job off. After moving in to my new apartment this August I was very frustrated to find a funky smell in bathroom, only to later find out it was actually mold. Prime Aire was recommended to me by a co-worker so I decided to give them a call. From the beginning they were very helpful. Both the woman on the phone and the removal guys were very professional. The removal guys came in and took pictures of the whole apartment, including some with something called an infrared camera that can actually see water behind the wall. They were able to show me them and were exactly the mold was. A few days later, the guys came back, took care of all the mold without damaging my bathroom, which was something I was worried about. Through out the process, Prime Aire was very accommodating and I was very grateful that they took the time to explain the process and answer all my questions (trust me, there were a lot). Couldn't have asked for a better service.

Just had the home I intend to purchase inspected by Robert at PrimeAire Mold Service; service was great. They were able to accommodate an inspection within 48 hours notice, arrived on time and thoroughly went thru many details of the home. Robert took the time to review the issues as they were being identified, never really rushed through the service. Inspection report was received within 2-3 days hours of the completion of the inspection, loaded with information, pictures and specific details that will help me renegotiate with the seller, or move on to another property. Highly recommended!

Knowledgeable and Professional!!! My husband and I suspected we had mold in our air handling system and contacted PrimeAire Mold Services. PrimeAire Mold Services were at our place in that same week. During the visit a detailed inspection was done, samples taken for lab evaluation and suggestions offered on how we might improve the air quality in our home. Within a few days we received a thorough report delineating our problem. We sent this report to our home insurance company and they commented on the excellent work and report prepared by PrimeAire Mold Services. We would recommend them to anyone needing this type of analysis. We have scheduled them for the remediation process and will add another review after this process as well. (Though we are confident we will have excellent service again!) Follow-up : We had the Remediation performed a couple weeks later after our Inspection, and have been breathing so much better ever since. The men were 100% completely professional and we were able to even sleep in our home the same night. We had Clearance Testing performed, and the Report and Lab Results concluded that we no longer have a mold issue. On another note, I have noticed that recently some ppl have left negative reviews. If you look at the name of Moty Katz, you will see that he is a competitor, and I am assuming just trying to slander this company to try and get more buisness. Everyone that works at Prime Aire have been extremely helpful, and have continued to be there to answer any questions we've had since the removal. You can trust Prime Aire.
