New **⭐ 1/5 — DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH JP EXTERIORS!** I strongly advise anyone considering JP Exteriors to think twice before hiring this company. My experience was extremely disappointing, from the unacceptable customer service to the owner's unprofessional and disrespectful attitude. The lack of professionalism and apparent poor planning was astonishing. Not only did the owner demonstrate what I felt was a serious lack of competence in managing the job, but he also failed to honor the price he originally quoted. **After providing an initial quote, he attempted to increase the price just 72 hours later because his own workers were behind schedule completing the job.** How does a company's failure to manage its employees and complete work within the expected timeframe suddenly become the customer's financial responsibility? Customers should not be expected to absorb additional costs because of a contractor's poor scheduling, lack of preparation, or operational inefficiencies. What made this experience even worse was the owner's attitude and complete lack of professionalism when handling the situation. His approach to customer service was unacceptable. **My advice: Protect your money, your time, and your peace of mind. Get everything in writing, and seriously reconsider trusting JP Exteriors with your business.** I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

Luis is amazing! I had a leak coming from the second floor which damaged the ceiling of the first floor. I have had 6 people came in and said different things without checking. My friend recommended Luis who came in on time and immediately found the leak. He checked the gutters and the roof even at 8:30 pm during winter time. He had to cut through the side to figure out the leak. It only took 30 min max for him to identify and fix the problem. Obviously, I then gave him more to do and he completed all the tasks patiently. One thing about Luis is, he is committed to his work. Always on time and very transparent. I usually don’t write reviews but it feels good to write one for this hardworking person.

Professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Did a great job. Explained everything in detail that would need to get done. my gutter and soffit needed extensive repairs. Four years ago, a different contractor came out, charged me a lot of money for a job that two days later looked as if it had never been repaired. JP repaired, reframed and restored it. We are very pleased, would hire them again and recommend as well.
