KPM responded quickly when we experienced flooding in our basement in July. KPM pulled up the damaged flooring, used fans to dry the floors, and inspected the dry wall. Great price I had a pipe leak from behind the basement wall of our finished basement . I called KpM and one of their team members came out to assess the issue the same day and get a plan in place. I first contacted James who was very sympathetic to my septic back-up issue. He put me in touch with Robbie who had a team access the issue and start on the restoration immediately. Robbie sent 2 of the best guys ever, CHARLIE & MATT!! They were extremely courteous, professional and understanding of the mess at hand. I couldn't have asked for anyone better to have completed this clean up for me. I'd absolutely recommend them without hesitation.

We had a pipe burst during the night and woke up to several inches of water pouring out of my bathroom into our living space. I made a few calls and everyone told me to contact KPM. I called them in hysterics telling them about what I had woken up to and asking for help. They had someone here within an hour to find the source of the leak and begin extracting all the water. If it wasn’t for their prompt response, the damage and associated costs would’ve been unmanageable. Thank you so much KPM. Great price My family purchased a piece of property that had extensive water damage on the lower floor. A family friend told me to reach out to KPM to have them come and assess the situation. I’m so very grateful I did because if they hadn’t come, I never would’ve known how bad the situation really was. Come to find out we had mold growing because everything had sat wet for so long. It was the middle of the night and my basement was flooding. In a panic I called KPM and am so glad I did. They were absolutely amazing and so, so easy to work with. They had a crew there to assess the situation and stop any further flooding almost immediately. If it wasn’t for their support, I don’t know how I would’ve got through this. Recently had KPM out to my home after a flood in my basement. From the lady that answered the phone, to the guy that came to look at the disaster in my basement to the crew that help get me back to normal, they have all been nothing shy of fantastic. Their response time was amazing after my initial call then were at my home in less then an hr.
