First, my Technician, Michael is outstanding. 5-Star performer! Second the company, 2.5 stars. Poor communications, not proactive and I question if they have the processes for problem ownership. I never felt liked a valued customer. It was me who had to do the follow-up. In my case, my technician told me a needed part to complete the repair was out of stock and back ordered. He also mentioned that "dispatch" would contact me later in the day to dispositions what he told me. I never heard from dispatch until 2 days later after I prompted them. I then asked them to notify me when the part shipped. Again crickets until I called them. They gave me an EDD and would notify me when the part arrived. 2 days elapsed after the EDD and I asked about the EDD. They texted me that the part would arrive the next day. I then texted back that since the part is arriving the next day could you put me on your schedule. No response to my text, but I did get a call that my part arrived and it was scheduled for install the next day. As you can see there is no problem ownership and customer advocacy. I discussed this with "management" and hope they can improve. Everybody i spoke to was responsive and said the right things, and insisted they we're working to improve the customer experience. We'll see...would i use them again? Don't know.
