Reasonable price I don’t even know where to start! I came home from work to find a flood underneath my sink and immediately called Ray The Plumber. They had someone at my house within two hours and resolved the issue quickly and professionally. From my first call to the office, Megan was incredibly pleasant, friendly, and reassuring. Then Jeff arrived, and he was absolutely phenomenal. He was professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and made sure everything was taken care of. From start to finish, the entire experience exceeded my expectations. New Absolute professionals! 80+ year old cast iron and galvanized pipes gave out under a crawlspace. Trevor came out and diagnosed and came within two days with Joe to completely replace the bad house trap and drain pipes. Dealing with crawl space and a main water supply line that let go while they were under house, and finding the cesspool was also full so they called in Ryan who located and serviced it promptly so they could complete the work. All professionally done and kept me apprised of the job the entire way, and completed the entire job the same day. Price was very reasonable and I was dreading it being much worse. Office staff were courteous and pleasant and kept up with communications regarding the scheduling etc. All in all as pleasant an experience as it could be dealing with a very.... crappy situation. Would DEFINETELY recommend them highly.

New I am a city guy who relocated to the Islands (Suffolk) 8 years ago. I always heard nightmares about having to replace your Septic tank and decided to have it cleaned in 2018. I assumed that it should be done again almost 8 years later for preventive maintenance. I contacted Ray the plumber and they set me up with a visit. Ryan the technician showed up very nice and knowledgeable young man. He opened my tank and stated you can tell a lot by the family by looking down this hole (we chuckled) keep doing what you do you guys are fine. My lack of knowledge just looking down that hole he could have easily taken advantage of the situation, but it genuinely never seemed that it was even a thought and I praised him for his honesty. I am a little older now, so it feels good to know that everyone that shows up at your doorstep is not out to get you. I already scheduled Ray the plumber to come look at some inside maintenance at my house, hopefully someone just like Ryan will ring my bell again. Services Sewer cleaning

New i had a no obligation free inspection performed on my cesspool (i was having no actual issues just saw their free estimate flyer) and their cesspool specialist ryan came out and explained to me 1)what a cesspool is and how it actually works 2) how they check levels (luckily i had a quick access to it 3) said based on my usage and levels should be fine for now and how to future monitor. Ryan and ray abided by the free inspection since no work was done and now i am better educated on what signs to look for and also price points for injection services if needed very professional and also appreciate explanation and cheerful personality of Ryan . if others on the team are like Ryan when it comes to plumbing work they are lucky cause he is was very personable and I think will do well in Cesspool management with that disposition Services Service not listed

Reasonable price | $1,400–1,600 Ray the plumber was great as always. have used them loads of times. This time I needed a hot water heater. Thought I would have old one Repaired but when the tech arrived he suggested a new one. Didn't realize they could get me one right away. Micheal D was my tech He was very courteous and knowledgeable. He arranged a new heater right away and got some help from Tom. Also very nice. The two of them worked very well together. Got the job done in good time. New Work was done correctly but, extremely expensive.The plumber was there 58 minutes. From the moment he walked in the door to the moment he walked out. I was charged $875.00 plus tax. Labor, 6 fittings and 10ft of PEX.
