We had a great experience with Quail Plumbing after dealing with a stubborn drain problem that we just couldn’t seem to get resolved. Logan came out promptly, quickly diagnosed what was causing the issue, and took the time to explain everything clearly before getting to work. We were really impressed with Logan’s professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail. He got the drain working properly again and made what had been a frustrating problem feel easy to deal with. We really appreciate the excellent service from Logan and Quail Plumbing and would highly recommend them!

I had a very nice customer service experience with Quail Plumbing starting with the woman who was flexible scheduling my appointment to adhere to my schedule. Also, the plumber who arrived, Jaime, was fantastic. Took the time needed to look at my home plumbing pipes and determine the best plan for me that would suit my requirements for solving my issue. They did a great job. I was 5 days away from my water heater being out of warranty and they processed the and replaced saving me $1,000. Price was reasonable and they were professional.

Haven’t used this company before and never will after seeing how this driver treated me and several other cars around me. Slamming on his breaks and tailgating cars in front of him. Toolbox was thrown around in the back and almost hit me several times. I see there are several posts about this company’s driving, but it doesn’t sound like the owners care to address anything.

We take these issues very seriously and will address this complaint with our driver immediately. As we are doing here and now, all of the previous 2 complaints in the past 8 years were all addressed immediately as well, both with the poster of the review and the employee.

Had leak in hot water pipe under foundation. Ended up by-passing with new line through attic. Complicated and originally estimated at up to 3 days. I ended up learning how pipes are run during original construction ( over 25 years ago) Ultimately was done in one long day - 8 until 7pm Not even sure the 2 men took a lunch break. They were quiet, clean and professional.

What a fabulous company. We had an emergency plumbing issue at a rental property in Scottdale, on New Year's Day. I am remote, and needed to get my tenant taken care of. One quick phone call and these folks were on the case. A technician was dispatched within about an hour, and the problem was fixed with one visit. While the emergency, holiday rate wasn't cheap, it was not exorbitant and these guys did everything they promised. At no point did we feel like we were being gouged or taken advantage of. I would definitely use Quail Plumbing again, well done indeed.

I truly appreciate how the office staff worked with me to find the soonest appointment to replace my garbage disposal... which had given up the ghost. Their technician, Manny, was on time, efficiently completed the job, and answered all my questions. He also sent before and after photos of the job. Quail has done big jobs (slab leak) and small ones for me. I highly recommend the friendliness and professionalism of their staff!!
