New Hektor was a life saver coming out and fixing our toilet on a Sunday! Definitely the best option in Astoria!

Called at 2 am with only about two hours before I had to leave the apartment for a trip. My husband and I were super stressed out. But Hector was great! He calmly asked questions on the phone, gave realistic estimates and was upfront about the high price due to the hour of the day, and came and worked promptly. Was very professional and I would call this service again.

Reasonable price | $2,000+ My mom house had a 3rd floor drain leak at 1am on Saturday morning. With no one available that we know at the mercy of the internet I called the number provided for this plumber. I spoke to Hector on the phone he gave me a time and we waited. He arrived on time was very professional and explained what he was going to do. He knew exactly where to look and within 15 minutes located the problem. A pretty serious issue, he assured us that he could take care of it and leave the house as he found it. No way this could be possible I have heard all of this in the past can’t match 30 year old tiles I told him. He began to open up the walls to access the pipes. From the moment he started until the pipes were replaced he did not stop and worked like a true professional. Working on two floors simultaneously is no easy task. After some time the pipes were fixed, the mess was cleaned and the day was done. He assured us he will be back to complete the job within the following day. Hector and his assistant Diego fixed the holes in the wall, installed some tiles stored as spares I located cleaned the mess and when they were done in my mom’s apartment, like they were never there. Moving up to the third floor by the time they fixed everything I was so amazed I requested some more work to be completed while I had them there. Without hesitation everything was completed and tested all garbage was removed and I can honestly say was VERY impressed. I did not think they could do it, I was wrong. Hector is a man of his word and his work reflects his professional experience. He treated my mom with respect and I could not be happier. Moving forward he will be my number one contact for repairs. Thank you Hector and Diego job very well done. Services Plumbing leak detection

Hi! I found your 24/7 emergency plumbing service on Google Maps — great reviews 👏 Since you handle urgent jobs, most customers search online and call the first trusted option they find. Without a website, you could be missing a lot of emergency calls every day. I help plumbing businesses get more urgent calls and jobs through simple, high-converting websites. Super reasonable price, Hektor came out and saved me when our sink drain wouldn't go down for weeks. The clog ended up being 12ft deep but he got it done very quickly and showed up same day. Could not recommend more!

Reasonable price Back in March, my partner and I noticed a leak from the ceiling in our bedroom. We had a handyman recommended by family work on it. His work held up until it started leaking again 6 months later. Before we could get a hold of him, we came home one night to the bedroom completely soaked, water all over the floor and pouring from the leak spot. We wanted a 2nd opinion immediately and was recommended a plumbing guy from my partner's boss. It turned out to be Hektor. What we appreciated about Hektor off the bat was being able to attend to us immediately, considering it was later in the evening. He thoroughly inspected the situation and tried to narrow down the problem to its source. Turns out our previous guy was doing terrible patch-up work, and it was only a matter of time until it would fall apart. Hektor and his crew came back the next morning and started working on our ceiling. It turned out to be an even bigger job, as he had to open up a good portion of the ceiling and even had to redo the shower above us. Despite this and the job taking multiple days, Hektor was friendly, transparent, and honest about everything. He and his crew worked quickly and even cleaned up very well after themselves. And his rate in the end was reasonable, considering everything he did. Never have I had an experience before where a handyman was so communicative and straightforward. I'm very confident his work will hold up. Highly recommended! Services Plumbing leak detection

Please steer clear of this service. They definitely will appear at your door for service, however, once there the technician will perform NOTHING and the boss of the company will immediately charge you an incredible amount of money to clear a stoppage. The technician arrived at my location to clear a sink stoppage. This is where the story gets good. The technician had to contact his boss several times for approval to utilize different snaking machines of which, varied charges applies, basically a dog and pony show. The first estimate to clear my stoppage was, $875.00 which I immediately denied as I was not installing a new faucet and sink. and assoicated piping. Then the technician ran a 30 foot snake at a negotiated price, then required to utilize a 50 foot snake at a different price. All said and done the technician was NOT able to clear anything from the pipes and after a great deal of negotition the price was finalized at, $250.00 (ridiculous) and over (2) hours of my time shadowing this sketchy service. The next day I called another plumber to my house and cleared my stoppage in less then 30 minutes for less then $200.00 This company is inexperienced, very expensive, unpredictable service and rude in attempt to steal money from me with an intial quote of $875!!! Steer clear and DO NOT CALL this company, unless you want to be totally taken advantage of in your home.
