$400–600 Adriatic's team was very helpful in an emergency situation at my house. They responded quickly, very very courteous and helpful in not only clearing the stoppage but even helped me clean up the mess. I would use them again.

I offered them a 5-figure job as a Resident Manager who makes these decisions. And they never gave me a proposal. The way I see it if I want you to work for me, you come to my building and both of us point fingers and at some point you get me a PDF with a nice five figure price. It was a shame because they were the full-blown lowest bidder, and I wanted to give them a chance because my neighbor resident manager uses them. Guess what? New York City is full of master plumbers willing to take on the job. Next!

Reasonable price I am shocked to see such low reviews. I have been using Adriatic for over 10+ years. As a property manager response times and a good accounting department go along way. Their back office is amazing and is helpful with scheduling and resolving any violations/code compliance. Highly recommend for any commercial or residential buildings. The mechanics are neat and clean. I have never had a call back from one of their jobs. Keep up the good work and thank you for always responding to my emergencies and for making my job less stressful. My coop building manager sent Adriatic Plumbing to replace my leaky toilet flange and seal. They showed up on time to do a quick assessment and then returned shortly with the parts they had stocked in the van. The actual work took 40 minutes. Thanks guys. Services Toilet repair
