Overpriced | $1,200–1,400 I have no complaints about the service, but almost $1,400 for three hours of work from a single plumbing tech snaking and scoping (part) of my home’s lower GI tract makes me want a second opinion from an actual gastroenterologist! That invoice appears seriously inflamed!

Pipe Monkeys Sewer and Drain
Thank you for your business and for taking the time to leave a review. We appreciate all customer feedback and would just like to clarify a couple of points regarding the service provided. All of our pricing is presented upfront and approved before any work begins. If our pricing is not suitable for a customer, we completely understand and always welcome them to consider other options before authorizing the work. We also want to clarify that the review does not accurately reflect the full scope of work performed. This was not simply a sewer line snaking. In addition to snaking and clearing the line, our technicians performed a sewer camera inspection and high-pressure water jetting of the sewer line. Regarding the cost of sewer and drain work, we understand that pricing can sometimes seem high. However, this is specialized and extremely difficult and dirty work that involves working directly with sewage and exposure to waste, bacteria, and other potentially hazardous conditions. Our technicians are trained professionals who have the proper equipment and experience to perform this work safely and effectively. Our pricing reflects not only the work performed, but also the equipment, expertise, and risks involved. We respect that every customer has the right to decide whether our pricing works for them, which is exactly why we provide and receive approval for our pricing before beginning the work. We appreciate your business and the opportunity to clarify the services that were provided.
