New There was a gas leak in the 3rd floor apartment (2 floors above mine). They came in, installed a riser gas line pipe from the basement, through my apartment, through the 2nd floor to the 3rd floor apartment with the issue. Paul, Tom and his staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and explained every step of their process up until completion. Reliable communication & service. I would strongly recommend their services. Thanks for your great business.

Reasonable price | $2,000+ I highly recommend Paul and his team! From the beginning, they have been professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. We had a complicated gas-related issue at our property that required coordination with different parties, inspections, and National Grid. It was a stressful situation, but Paul was always patient and willing to explain everything clearly. He and his team worked very hard to address the issues, answer all of our questions, and make sure everything was handled properly. What I appreciated most was how responsive and dependable Paul was. Whenever I had concerns or was confused about the process, he took the time to communicate with me and help me understand what needed to be done. He truly went above and beyond to help us. We are very grateful to Paul and his entire team for all of their hard work, professionalism, and dedication. It has been a pleasure working with them, and I would definitely recommend Paul to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy plumbing and heating professional. Thank you again, Paul, for everything you and your team have done for us! Services Plumbing leak detection, Plumbing leak repair

Have never met someone so knowledgable, so genuine, and so good at getting the job done at the same time. He was beyond helpful in every possible way, and I will not be calling any other plumber or gas specialist ever again in New York City. 10/10 service and 10/10 guy.

Reasonable price | $1,000+ I needed a stove installed in a co-op apartment and was required to have a licensed plumber do it. Paul called me back within a few minutes of my leaving a message and got the job done more quickly than I thought would have been possible, especially considering that we needed to get the NYC DOB involved. I guess it’s a relatively small job for a plumber and no other plumber even called me back on this When I was looking for estimates. Paul was communicative and professional; and got me all the paperwork the co-op required very quickly. Highly recommend and would definitely use again! Services Service not listed

Reasonable price | $1,000+ If you need a plumber who actually knows his stuff, call Paul at Liquid Tech. I had a gas leak in my older home and was getting frustrated with other companies trying to corner me into "extreme" overhauls and demanding big deposits just to show up. Paul was a total pro. He really knows the plumbing code inside and out, and you can tell he has the experience to back it up. He took the time to listen and walk me through the situation—I actually learned a thing or two about gas and water safety while he worked. He ended up giving me a tailored repair that was safe and very fairly priced. Honest, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. Highly recommended. Services Plumbing pipe repair, Plumbing leak repair

Great price I had a gas stove installed and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. The plumber was professional, clear in communication, and made what could have been a stressful job feel completely straightforward. The licensed plumber even mentioned the experience was “painless,” and I’d absolutely agree. I would gladly work with them again and recommend them to anyone needing similar work.

Great price | $1,000+ Paul did exceptional work repairing our gas leak from start to finish. He responded quickly, began work right away, and offered a very fair price for a complex, permit-heavy job in NYC. He walked us through each step of the process—including permit, inspection, gas authorization, and the final National Grid visit—so we always knew what was happening and why. His communication was excellent: very responsive by text and phone, patient with questions, and clear in his explanations. He coordinated asbestos inspection, handled DOB inspections and approvals, and stayed on top of deadlines so there were no unnecessary delays. Beyond his technical skill, Paul is a genuinely kind, trustworthy professional who inspires confidence and makes a stressful gas shutoff situation feel manageable. I would strongly recommend him to anyone needing gas leak or plumbing work. Services Service not listed
