Each point is something at least 3 reviewers say. It shows how many, and you can open their reviews. Complaints are what reviewers report, not our verdict. We check serious ones before showing them. A pleasure to deal with Mr. Sam Katz! Helped us get the most for our money and helped us save as much as we could while selling true quality items. He was kind enough to spend time with us explaining different options so that we can make an informed decision. Cares about the regular folk as much as those coming in and placing massive orders. Thank you!!

I have been buying from them for 30 years, that alone says a lot for this establishment Their honesty, integrity ,knowledge and service are unsurpassed. No, I don't own stock in the company and I'm not related to the owners I am just a very satisfied customer. As an update still the only place to shop for great friendly service

After calling around to many plumbing supply shops, they quoted the best price on an A.O Smith 75 gallon water heater. They had it in stock for pick up right away. Friendly staff and great service. Highly recommended for Plumbing Supplies.
