A few years ago I needed a simple toilet plunger and one of the sales people at Penn Yan Supply couldn't find the price of some of their that were stashed high up on a shelf. So he looked in the computer and looked at me and said ."It's 10.00." Anybody knows that you can buy plungers anywhere for a few bucks.So I left and went elsewhere thereafter to buy my plumbing needs. This is the same guy who encouraged me to rewire and update my whole house( and he was going to help me by selling the parts). Be careful, they don't price their items.
