My experience was great with Penguin air. Their people are very professional and knowledgeable. They were quick to diagnose the issue late at night and a team came out the next day for a quick repair at a reasonable price. They walked me through the entire process and I am now well versed in the HVAC space.

Jason came for our initial quote and I was impressed with him because he is knowledgeable, thorough, and personable. I found it easy to understand and envision his plan for achieving my desired plumbing needs. He left with a solid plan of action but was not pushy to make me book, I appreciated the space to think over everything. We did receive a follow up call from a Penguin associate inquiring about booking. I did book for Jason to come out again and our second interaction was just as good as the first. He did explain his plan again to my spouse to ensure they were on board then set right to work. He ran into a couple unforseen hiccups and handled them with grace and professionalism. He worked diligently to ensure our job was done well. I would hire Jason again and plan to share my experience with anyone needing plumbing work. Bonus he was extremely welcoming to our dog who loves greeting everyone with his toy for fetch. Over all it felt like we had a friend over helping out instead of a stranger coming in to work.
