I paid $850 for a kitchen disposal replacement in April of 2025. I was out of town, and my wife called GB, who installed a 3/4hp Insinkerator Pro 750, with a 9 yr warranty for $912, but gave me the "senior discount"...so only ~$850. We call in Aug 2026 when the disposal wasnt working due to broken internal blade. I had video evidence to provide. They offered to come out for ther $49 service fee, which would be waived if the disposal was bad and I paid the labor to install a new unit. I asked for typical labor costs to install a disposal; they could not estimate. Based on previous pricing, I am estimating labor to be $400-$500. I bought an insinkerator 900 at Home Depot for $215 and installed myself in an hour. This appears to be a very unethical company. I have never heard of $900 for a kitched disposal. Women BEWARE.

Had an electrical issue in a Saturday. They were able to come out right away. Richie G was my technician, he courteous, very knowledgeable and took the time explaining and showing me everything he was doing. Fixed my issue and thoroughly inspected to make sure everything was proper and up to code.

I have used George Brazil many times on my two homes. Jacob Robinson was my plumber. He spent two days at my house. He did a large amount of work adding filtrete system, taking care of draining water heater, put in shut off valves, worked on shower head and much more. Jacob is very knowledgeable and a very good worker. He is very polite and a kind person. I was very happy with him and the work he did. I would highly recommend him and George Brazil.

BEFORE YOU Use GEORGE BRAZIL PLUMBING Read this. I had to get a new toilet installed last year tech was extremely good he drained my water tank and got all calcium out and had nice clean hot water. I bought a VIP package to cover all my plumbing and electrical spent $750.00 a different tech came out last night to service my water heater and stopped all work before it was finished. His name was Erinie he saw that I was going to need a new water heater next year and I said No it was not leaking and water is super hot and clean even though he didnt finish job he wanted me to buy a new one now he didn’t care if I had VIP package he wanted to charge me $3,000 dollars because I was a VIP customer and had a package to cover these things it would have only costed $1,250.00 but he wanted to cut out my wall which was all unnecessary because my water heater sits in garage with easy access. He then said that it would have been up to me to get a contractor to fix all drywall the company states that they repaired any drywall if needs to be cut into I will never use this company again he was talking pictures of a dusty water heater that he cleaned off after he took pictures of where I was standing he was picked up by my camera and recorded that I will regret not purchasing a new water heater through him. He is also on camera giving me the middle finger I have all of this on video I hope two get at least a couple hundred bucks back otherwise I am dropping the video so everybody can see who they are hiring because that is unprofessional I also have multiple neighbors who witnessed him. I have a neighbor who is a contractor that is giving me the numbers of a couple of veteran owned plumbers that are five star rated which I would love to do business with because I love my Armed Forces and would rather do business with. We will see what happens stay tuned your jaw may drop when you see and hear his comments and what he did.

My service technician today was Lydell Davis. He arrived promptly, was very polite and knowledgeable. Now the outlets that were not working are working again. Not to mention, he found a fire hazard in my circuit breaker box and fixed that.
