Shawn and his incredible crew installed a permanent gas heater in our garage and a permanent gas hook up for a grill outside, and he installed a whole home water softener and filter. I can’t say enough good things about Pappas Plumbing. We had an urgent issue and their team responded incredibly fast—professional, knowledgeable, and clearly experienced from the moment they arrived. They took the time to explain exactly what was going on, walked us through the fix, and made sure everything was done right the first time. What really stood out to me was their attention to detail and how clean they left the space when they were done—no shortcuts, no mess, just top-quality work. I loved it. In a situation that could’ve been really stressful, they made the entire process smooth and straightforward. We now a completely remodeled bathroom thanks to them! If you’re looking for a plumbing company in WNY you can trust to show up, communicate well, and deliver excellent results, Pappas Plumbing is the one to call. Don't waste your time with anyone else. Highly recommend.

Reasonable price | $2,000+ This was the only company out 10 that I called that was responsive to us while in a crisis. The receptionist Madison was kind and understanding, she offered an appointment on the same day to defrost our frozen pipes. Thank you so much! 7/31/2026 Matt and the crew replaced our bubbler, they tied in all of the downspouts and sub pump, we were having drainage issues but not any more! I am confident in this company and will never use another plumber in Buffalo. They did an excellent job, prompt, courteous, professional, and thorough. Thank you :) Services Plumbing leak detection, Plumbing pipe repair, Outdoor plumbing system repair, Service not listed

Reasonable price | $2,000+ Shawn and his team were true to their word, careful, respectful and delivered quality, timely work. I will be using them again. The job even included pictures of the drain tiles for documentation in the future. It was a big job but looking at the yard you would barely know they were there. Contractors like this are rare today. Thank You! Services Service not listed

Reasonable price I highly recommend Shawn Pappas for any plumbing or water heater installation needs. He installed my new hot water heater quickly, professionally, and efficiently. Shawn responded promptly, took the time to answer all of my questions, and made sure I understood the installation process. What impressed me most was his attention to detail and respect for my home. He carefully laid down drop cloths to protect the area and thoroughly cleaned up after the job was completed. As an added convenience, he even took away an old sump pump for disposal. Shawn provides outstanding customer service and quality workmanship. I would not hesitate to hire him again and gladly recommend him to others. Services Water heater installation

Great price | $1,000+ Shawn Pappas the owner came to my house as I was pumping water out of my basement. Without regard of his work boots getting wet, he jumped right in making sure the water was pumping properly out of the basement. He noticed the sump was full of mud & began digging out the mud into another big bucket! After the basement was pumped down as much as possible, he had two employees begin to find out what caused this catastrophic failure flooding our basement with 6 inches of water & mud. His response to a call to him was within the hour! He and his employees worked very hard & quickly dug a new sump hole due to the failure of the original crock. His team was very professional & we knew we were in good hands! Also Pappas workers were extremely good at thier trade! They were very professional & very friendly. They answered any questions I had! Thier work was a 5 out of 5! Services Outdoor plumbing system repair, Sump pump installation
