Ed Young's Plumbing did a great job. I called in the morning and they came out to fix my leak that afternoon. Ryan was professional and provided me the most cost effective solution to fix the leak. Reasonable price | $200–300 Ed Youngs sent out a plumber to snake a very clogged kitchen drain; and Mark did a great job. He took care to place down plastic, used shoe coverings, and didn't leave any mess. This was a fairly priced service over all. I suppose someone else could be cheaper, but you usually get what you par for imho. We will sure consider using Ed Youngs again for plumbing situations when necessary. Great price | $200–300 First impression: upfront and professional. We booked a sewer cleaning at the office. They were very upfront about boundaries (they were not going to take anyone else’s opinions— or pictures), they gave us their standard rate for cleaning (reasonable— I’ve been through a few plumbers on this sewer) and said they could be there the next morning even though this was not an emergency. Second impression: make that REALLY professional and thorough. They snaked the drain with a side cutter (vs the augers and c-cutters that punch a hole through the roots but don’t close cut them) to see how much they could get out, then used a camera to see how well the sewer had opened and went back and forth between cutting and inspection until the sewer looked as clear as they could get it. Since the access is only 4” and the sewer is 6”, there is no way to get anything like a 6” spiral cutter in there to get a true flush cut (who designed this system?), but they got as close as possible. I was struck by how diligently they stuck with it. I was also ecstatic that they used their camera to fix the problem rather than “document” the need to tear up the sewer (like the last guys tried). I’m sure glad they didn’t listen to the last guys opinion! The list price was reasonable, the price for this level of service was fantastic. Historic hardware business that has been in Williamsville since forever. Used to be easy to get in and out but the parking situation which other reviewers mention is a deal breaker. Why have an employee harass people trying to park to shop at your store because you think they are going into the creekside restaurant. A little professionalism would go a long way.

John and Mark installed our new Hot Water Tank and were extremely professional and efficient. They called before arriving, arrived on time, explained everything concisely, reviewed everything when the job was complete, cleaned up thoroughly, and were very respectful of our home and property. I don't know if either of them smoke but they did not smell like smoke and they did not smoke on or around our property, which is greatly appreciated. They improved the valves and connections when installing the new Hot Water Tank and removed the old Tank. David was extremely helpful on the phone getting the process started as well. I would HIGHLY recommend Ed Young's and will absolutely use them for future plumbing needs. Top Class operation.

Ed Young's Plumbing answered our call and was able to send someone out to our house almost immediately! Bryan called on his way over and the work was completed and the problem resolved in under an hour from the time of our initial phone call. He helped clean the space , let us know what caused the issue to begin with and gave the recommendation on maintenance to prevent it from happening in the future. They helped ease a potentially very stressful situation. Would highly recommend Ed Young's Plumbing!

Ed Young's plumbing came to my house to install a new Bradford White hot water tank, as well as replace some ductwork. Their prices were on par with everybody else. They showed up on time. They were friendly, courteous, and professional. They did a great job replacing the ductwork. They also did a good job installing the Bradford White hot water tank, with the exception they put small dents and scratches in it while installing. To be fair it was a very tight area they had to work. The thing is they did not tell me about the dents or scratches I had to find them myself when I inspected the job after they left. So I called and complained about the dents and scratches. The manager came out and inspected the job. He stated that they could not help the dents and scratches because it was such a tight area. I asked for a new tank and he would not put a new tank in, he said it would only happen again when they try to replace it. So he refunded me $100 towards the price. And assured me in writing that it would not affect the warranty on the tank or the operation of the tank. Not completely happy with that but it is all he was willing to do. It has been about 2 weeks, seems to be operating fine.
