They did the plumbing and HVAC for our home. Everything was the cheapest parts they could find, most of it did not meet spec and there were extras for everything. In the first few years we had the HVAC go down a few times and a few parts were replaced, water leak from a nut that was overtightened and cracked that was luckily in the basement, pipes freezing installed on exterior walls, all the toilets needed their parts replaced, kitchen sink leaked, balancing issues, humidity issues. The house has taken a lot of damage due to the poor work done here, we would have gladly paid more for someone to do it right.

Overpriced | $100–200 Called them about low pressure in shower. Person who answered the call said they would send somebody out. No mention of fee or if there was going to be one for what turned out to be simply a consultation. Guy came out for about 20 minutes, told me I had a frozen pipe and said to warm it up. I asked what I owed him. He said nothing and left. I never heard back from them. Had another plumber come out. Free consultation, laid out a plan for the fix, and the pipe is clear. Guess what? Two weeks later, to my surprise, nearly $200 bill from these guys. For what? Suggestion: make sure to discuss fees up front. All the other plumbers I spoke to did. (Most had free consults, btw.) Absolutely terrible service and no communication. After running us around over a week we called another company Reimer. They came right out and did a full 20,000 removal and install in less than 6 hours. Pretty sad petschke was right around the corner in town we would've waited any amount of time but they never had an answer. Apparently the receptionist doesn't even see the technicians for days at a time or they just like to keep passing the blame to someone else. If you need quality and efficient service call ANYONE ELSE

What a bunch of crooks these guys are. Free service to come look at my furnace and tell me what's wrong. Turned into a bill and a bunch of lies. I sat and watched these guys do nothing and they claim they put in parts and it's all a lie. Shame on you. During Christmas while my furnace is broke.

if I could put 0 stars I would because this company has no accountability for their actions. They came out to my house to fix my central air and they messed it up so bad that I had to have another company come out to fix the problem that they created, and if your wondering what it was that they did, they didnt connect the refrigerant line back up and all of the refrigerant leaked out into the atmosphere! the damage done to my central air system was an estemated $8000! They wouldnt remburse me for the damage that they have done to my system and it costs me another $4000 to have another company come out and fix all of the damages! I advise anyone who is thinking about using these services to be aware and be cautious!!!

I have been using Petschke Plumbing for many years for a variety of jobs, such as installing a water softener system, cleaning and maintaining my gas fireplace, and most recently replacing my central ac unit and furnace. I always feel at ease knowing that they send out guys who are competent and professional. This past experience was no different!

Water tank leaked after 3 years, their warranty install $1300 cost more than just having a brand new one installed by another company. So the warranty basically is useless kind of a scam. They dont honor the warranty and the hot water tank didnt last very long at all. Negative Quality
