Called for a simple item, the person over the phone was very unprofessional and had no interest in the business. My recommendation check an other store. There is many in the neighborhood.

Wonderful service and customer service. Welcoming environment. Able to answer any questions and support to find what people need. Products are good quality and perfect price.

I know all the hardware stores in Bay Ridge fairly well, but this one is fast becoming my favorite. It's bright and roomy; rather than the super-narrow aisles found in the smaller stores. Room to move around; room to maneuver as one examines this-or-that item. Most important: selection is wide. They have everything! When I go in, I know I'm sure to find whatever I need.

I had a great experience at NYC Hardware. The store has a wide selection of tools, building materials, and home improvement supplies, all neatly organized and easy to find. It made my visit smooth and efficient. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. They took the time to answer my questions and guided me toward the right products for my project, which I really appreciated. The store itself was clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable shopping environment. Overall, it’s a reliable place for quality hardware items, and I’d definitely return for future projects.

I went last week. Someone came up to me right away and started helping me find the items I needed. He helped me get the right sized washers and the thread locker. The person helping me was great and knowledgeable . This is a honest place that knows what they’re doing. This level of customer service is not common these days. They really hold themselves to a high standard when it comes to serving their customers. 10/10 would come again.
