Great price | $2,000+ Highly recommend Austin Plumbing! Excellent communication, complete transparency, and outstanding service from start to finish. I felt confident knowing the job was in good hands. My family’s commercial building had been experiencing a major roofing leak problem for years. We had called several other companies and spent thousands of dollars without getting the problem properly resolved. Then we contacted Mike and his crew at Austin Plumbing, and they were truly a lifesaver. They came out, carefully evaluated the situation, identified the problem, and rectified it within a day. The entire team was extremely professional, efficient, and hardworking. They took the time to make sure the job was done properly rather than just putting a temporary fix in place. After years of dealing with this issue, it was a huge relief to finally have someone who knew what they were doing and actually solved the problem. Thank you, Mike and the entire Austin Plumbing team! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, reliable, and professional service. "I cannot recommend Austin Plumbing enough! We recently had our hot water heater fail and also needed a new backflow valve going to my boiler installed as well. The owner Mike was professional, prompt, and knowledgeable from start to finish. He explained the installation process, answered all my questions about the top brands of water heaters, and completed the job quickly and efficiently. He even took the time to ensure the new unit was properly set up and that there were no leaks in the system. The work area was cleaner when he left than when he arrived. Truly exceptional service—my water system is working better than ever! Services Water heater installation

Thank you, Joe — this one means a lot. A failed water heater is never on anyone's schedule, so we're glad we could get the new unit and the backflow valve in quickly and walk you through the choices along the way. Leaving the work area cleaner than we found it is a house rule. Enjoy the hot water, and we're a phone call away whenever the system needs anything.

Thanks for the kind words about the staff's know-how, Michael. One note: we think this review may be meant for a different shop — our Jamaica Ave location isn't a walk-in supply counter, so we don't typically have customers stopping by the office. If you did work with us and there's anything that fell short, call (718) 835-3555 and we'll make it right. And if this was meant for another business, no hard feelings — happy to help if you ever need a Licensed Master Plumber.
