upon returning from a seven week vacation, I discovered my house was destroyed inside with a broken, hot steamy water pipe. After calling sovereign, different plumbing companies, Rob was the only one that would step up to help me out in a desperate time of need. Not only did he have his crew there immediately to attend to my house which included clearing all of my goods, ripping out ceilings, floors, tearing walls down to the studs and treating afterwards for any mold residue They were the kindest most sensitive Group of gentlemen. Not only were they amazing at taking care of any sentimental or valuable pieces. They were very sensitive to my emotions and held me up through a very difficult time and beyond that Rob was very very successful in helping me align contracting team to take over once his face was completed. A special shout out to Corey for all of his kindness and support throughout this process

Great price 5" of water in my basement on a Sunday. By the time we got the sump pump working the mold had already started covering the walls .First Choice came as soon as we called them on Monday and got rid of the mold and damaged walls. By the time they finished, the basement smelled fresh and everything was dry. Great people to work with and fabulous job of restoration. Many thanks! Barry is great to work with and gave us an honest assessment for mold remediation. Rob was our assigned mold remediation expert and he takes his work seriously. Their team did an awesome job of cleaning up our attic and getting rid of the mold spores. I reached out to Barry about some more problem areas we were concerned about and he offered to have his team come out again for no charge. I was really impressed with First Choice and would gladly do business with them again. I highly recommend them if you are seeking out mold remediation or water damage cleanup.

We hired First Choice to do a pack out and inventory of our home after a devastating fire. The company failed to get accurate photos and inventory of all of our belongings. We lost a great deal of compensation from our insurance company because of their negligence in getting a record of our damaged belongings. The insurance company paid them the full amount for their work, but we are left with having to do an inventory ourselves based on our own photos before and after the damage, and receipts from purchases. Because of this we are not using them for the remainder of our restoration project and would not recommend them to anyone. If you do happen to hire them, you will need to be sure you are there every day overseeing what they are doing and making sure it is done correctly. We found another local, family run company that was shocked at their work and that will finish our restoration job for us. But nothing at this point can make up for the personal belongings that we will not receive credit for, nor the trauma after the trauma of the fire that this company has caused us.

When our fully finished basement flooded Barry quickly came to the rescue! He came on a Sunday to assess the damage and to check the moisture in our floors and walls. He was professional, compassionate and listened to all of our questions and concerns. He has been great to work with and is great about returning phone calls. If we could give him a 100 star review we would!! Can't recommend Barry and his business enough!!! Should the need every arise where you need a restoration company, make Barry your first call!

We had an incredibly difficult project to conquer - filling in our concrete pool. After searching for someone to fix it for almost a year, we came across First Choice Restoration. Not only did they complete our project extremely quickly, they were very friendly and easy to work with throughout the entire project.
