Helpful, knowledgeable staff
Needed parts often in stock
AI reads the Google reviews shown on this page, up to 300. When there are more, it reads a random sample of 300 with the same mix of star ratings as all the reviews. Each point is something at least 3 reviewers say. It shows how many, and you can open their reviews. Complaints are what reviewers report, not our verdict. We check serious ones before showing them. My mom needed an outside faucet fixed I knew it was a simple part to change rather then getting a plumber. They weren’t sure but switched out the washer n/c. Worked like a charm

Needed a part for my Kohler toilet and could not find a part number on-line. Called FW Webb; Gary was extremely courteous and took extra time to check his Kohler parts book, but still couldn't find a proper parts number. Gary then suggested another supply house which he said was more likely to carry Kohler parts. While he couldn't solve the problem, Gary was more than helpful when he didn't have to be. Thanks for your efforts, Gary.

Well, I wish they had sold me the right toilet. They were so busy being amused and misogynistic, they didn't even do their job right. I asked repeatedly the night I bought it if it was comfort height. They sold me a toilet that was not at all of ADA height, but withing the range of standard height. If my husband hadn't heard them being rude to me on the phone the next morning, as most women do, I would have dismissed as my paranoia. And if I had been here when the plumber installed it, I would have told them to stop and returned the wrong one for the one I had asked for.
